- Sold by the Dragonbarrow's Isolated Merchant for 120 runes each.
- Dropped by Serpent Snails in Nokstella, Eternal City (5 per drop).
- Dropped by Serpent Snails in Volcano Manor (5 per drop).
- Dropped by Skeletal Snails in the Royal Capital Outskirts, near the Hermit's Shack (5 per drop).
- Dropped by Skeletal Snails in the Mountaintops of the Giants near where the Tibia Mariner is fought.
- Belurat Tower Settlement: Serpent Arrow x8 can be found at the top of a crumbled building, on a small island in the well Depths area. Heavily protected by several Man-Flies. [Map Link] [Video Location]
Elden Ring Serpent Arrow Notes & Tips
- Causes a higher amount of poison buildup than the Poisonbone Arrow.
- These arrows only have regular poison buildup, contrary to what their description implies.
- The poison build up is affected by the Arcane scaling of the Serpent Bow, but rate of fire must also be taken into consideration with Status buildup.

Seriously, they needed to correct the last part of this item's description: "heir fangs are daubed with DEADLY POISON".
This arrow applies normal poison, not deadly poison like Venon Fang and Serpentbone Blade

Heavy poison does more damage thank poison. Tested with poison bone arrows and serpent arrows

So I'm fighting Ragadon right now and his AI became bugged where he doesn't fight. 9 shots applies poison, then it fades then needs 14 to reapply, then 20 to reapply. I'm not sure if a gained resistance stat is something we know about but it appears that way. Red Branch Bow +23 btw using serpent arrows
