Siluria's Tree is a Great Spear in Elden Ring. The Siluria's Tree scales primarily with Strength, Faith and Dexterity and is a good Weapon for dealing Holy Damage, but requires a certain level of Strength and Dexterity in order to wield it.
Siluria's Tree, weapon of one of the two honored as foremost among the Crucible Knights.
The primordial form of the Erdtree is close in nature to life itself, and this spear, modeled on its crucible, is imbued with ancient holy essence.

Siluria's tree as in u chuck a whole ****ing tree at ur enemy's worth of damage
- Anonymous
A great spear with a short range AoE for trading, and nuclear ICBM to punish people trying to cast long range slow spells/AoW. What's not to like? My only complaint is that your left hand is clipping through the spear while 2-handing
- Anonymous
Use in PVE for the AOW. Use in PVP for the punishing long range poke that not even pro dodgers can completely avoid. I've murdered so many people WAY more experienced than me with merely an R1 spam, one of which I suspected was a youtuber because they used their own signature T-pose win emote and always found that one spot where Youtubers take their thumbnails after in the arena. It even murders parry spammers, as the spear is too far in their chest for them to parry it as they get stagger locked, just watch out for the initial parry.

I love it when a cool weapon can also summon a freight train

using this thing for the first time is like that the irl version of that danny devito i understand meme

This weapons has way more Stager poower than what’s listed. Knights and those Bloody Helice’s get easily owned by this.

What do you mean by :
"Siluria's Tree CAN drop from Crucible Knight Siluria " ?
It's a GUARANTEED drop lmao

Since this weapon cant change ashes, does that also apply to affinities? Id fully upgraded it expecting to be able to experiment with making it heavy/bleed/etc but i dont see any options despite having the right whetblades :/

Used this and killed Maliketh in less than a minute only by using the AoW. It only took 5 hits to defeat Maliketh from what I could remember, this weapon in insane.

This weapon is seriously OP even with it doing holy damage. It's skill does so much damage. If you want to have the game on easy mode use this and the icon shield. Have black flame and a heal. There you go, you beat the game.
- Anonymous
Yes it deals holy damage, and is a late-game weapon, so it does end up somewhat stifled in that regard, but counterpoint: It's a giant divine laser drill rocket launcher, which is the coolest **** I've ever seen in my life

Ok, so here's the deal. This is in the running as one of my favorite weapons. I love it so much, that I hate to use it. A weird sentiment, sure, but here's why. This weapon trivializes this game to an unbelievable level. It is not just a spear, but a great spear, so already it belongs to a fantastic weapon class. You got your pokes, shield pokes, sweeping heavies, and so forth. You are staggering almost assuredly after one guard counter, if not two. At max upgrade your shield pokes are hitting at around 350-430 at a 50/50 split in STR/FTH which is nuts. Pairs with so many talismans, most obviously the spear one. Your STR/FTH split also means you will have no problem using a great shield (which you should with this) and your high FTH levels means you can get access to really powerful spells as well.
So all of that, is obviously very very good. But what makes me hate to use the weapon is it's cheeky little laser rocket spell: Siluria's Woe. My god man. My....god. This ash of war is bonkers. At any point, no matter who, no matter where, no matter anything, you crank that bad boy out and you are hitting in the range of 1500-2000 easy. WITHOUT charge boosting/skill boosting talismans. With those on? You are hitting 3k minimum, no and ifs or buts. Doesn't matter if it's primed, doesn't matter if you just tap it for the close AOE proc. 3k is assured. a 25 FP cost is nice and rounded. An FP bar of 100? 4 shots.
It's the sole reason why I feel dirty using it. You literally delete elements of the gameplay before even encountering them. Sure, you can opt to "not" use your convenient rocket launcher, but that's a challenge in of itself because it's literally right there calling to you like the ring of sauron. The persistent devil on your shooter to just blast your problems away. Why even worry about learning the matchup between someone like Loretta when you can hang back taking pot shots and down her after a few volleys? Or Malenia? Or anyone? You have a ROCKET LAUNCHER. The problem is solved! Just get a clear shot and it's done and over with.
Such a beast of a weapon. I love it. I hate that I love it.

would look so much better without those branch thingys around it :(

Bolt of gransax hits you for 1000-1500 ish damage and gets meta. Loretta's greatbow hits for 1500 ish and gets meta. Jar cannon hits for 1000 ish and gets meta...
This thing casually hits you for 3000 both up close and from afar and it's under the radar somehow.

I want to do a crucible knight themed run after I finish my first run to see how Str Fai compares to Dex Int, should I use Siluria's tree or Ordovis's Greatsword?
- Anonymous
Most underrated weapon, appears in no best of list. Why is it good, the Lazor Blast Weapon Art absolutely has insane poise damage, passes through enemies, has low FP cost and short wind-up. You can literally bypass whole sections of the game just by death-star-blasting tricky enemies into oblivion. Don't get me started on what it does to lightly armored bosses. Sure, it's a one trick pony, but man, that ONE trick has it all.
- Anonymous
Throw lightning at an enemy as though a bolt from a storm, or just through the entire dang storm at them. Yeah, this weapon's really good. Definitely run a Strength/Faith build with this as one of your mid-late game options, for sure.

This weapon changed my life. I used to sob in rage over my powerlessness, but now with Siluria's Tree, my power is maximum

This spear is seriously so good. If you’re on the fence about using a spear use this and you honestly might not want to use anything else. It’s so good and so fun and scales amazingly.

Siluria's tree is all I have ever wanted from a spear in souls games.
-great reach
-horizontal swings
-decent poise damage
-faith weapon
-chargeable jesus laser cannon
-looks dope

Who needs a glorified lightning spear when you can throw a fkin hurricane?
- Anonymous
this or the crucible greatsword? both seem to be pretty good for a crucible cosplay
- Anonymous
Currently running a Crucible build, and I was very torn between using Ordovis's Greatsword or this as my weapons of choice. The Greatsword can do a lot of combo potential on especially larger enemies, but this weapon's art is great for long-distance combat... Then I decided to upgrade both and have my Mimic Tear carry this while I used the Greatsword. It's been very fun.

Stacking Shard of Alexander, Godfrey's Talisman, and Sacred Scorpion's Charm turns this thing into a poor man's kamehameha

I was going for a crucible knight build but I spend all my mp spamming this bad boy

This joker is surprisingly flexible. Jumping R2. Running R2. R2 into R2.
And if multiple goons decide to line up in close quarters. SILURIA'S WOE!
Keep em guessing with Black Ritual Flame.

Bolt of gransax with a Sprial power, very high damage and large radius.

Well I already have the lance for my, erm, "lance" cosplay (a la Monster Hunter,) I guess I need to finally put some points into FTH to be able to use the "gunlance" version.

There should have been a crucible dlc instead of shadow of the erdtree.

Blasted a man off the Ruin-Strewn Precipice with this bad boy. It's good. Not meta or anything, but underrated as hell.
- Anonymous
for when you need something and everything behind it to disappear
- Anonymous
It isn't strictly better than bolt of gransax, but it's quite the counter to it. It's even safer to use because the uncharged attack is a very punishing thrust that will remove 80% hp to any fool who goes for the jumping r2.
- Anonymous
nice scale for a faith/strg build, i am using it with a regen build
- Anonymous
I changed to this from treespear once I got it. Even though I can't use my poison armament anymore, this is soooo much more OP. Respec'd for STR/Faith. I don't pvp, only PVE, and I literally one shotted all of Lyndell this this thing my first try. (siluria's spear/icon shield) really OP, even with everything being resistant to holy!!! And I only use the ash once in awhile.

I've got a Crucible Knight RL84 that just cleared Godskin Duo. This weapon is the only thing stopping the playthrough from being complete misery. It's amazing, and I'd love to try it on a more functional build someday

This greatspear + dung eater’s chestpiece and helm for the big daddy cosplay
- Anonymous
Pretty annoying to fight this in pvp. Thankfully the wacky stat requirements & relatively obscure location makes it seldom seen. Roll away from, not into the projectile. It has a tail & latency is a concern. Also do noy try to interrupt the charge attack, they usually get super armor & if you try to trade you will get shredded.
- Anonymous
- Anonymous
might be coincidence, but the spear head looks a lot like the elden ring
- Anonymous
The spear is pretty fun to use the weapon art might be a bit difficult to use but it shreds once you get used to it. I made a crucible tree knight build with this and it's awesome!
- Anonymous
Silurias Bazooka. It may be a bad damage type and slow as hell. But damn! A fully charged weapon art deals some ludicrous damage. Its considered chargable so slap on a godfreys icon, holy scorpion charm and Alex's shard and you will blow away anything that isnt massively resistant to holy. Just dont plan on beating the game with it though...
- Anonymous
ash of war gets eaten by the slightest variations in the terrain, really needs to be changed.
- Anonymous
Don't be fooled by the comments saying this is good, a lot of that is probably just people who tried it out on one of godricks soldiers and never used for proper play, this things weapon art is terrible, incredibly long wind up and the range is far too short for sniping, impractical.
- Anonymous
Charged weapon art only seems to shoot forwards straight with no verticle deviation which makes it less useful if not on completely flat land, even a small hill can cause it to just miss. Not sure if this is intentional or not ?
- Anonymous
Holy damage for pve sucks because of so many holy resisting enemies and bosses, however this weapon can still be useful until you run into enemies nearly immune to holy, at which point this weapon will deal about half damage.
- Anonymous
Not very good for PvE since most enemies got good holy defenses, however it slaps in PvP. Has excellent reach, horizontal swing R2s for dem rollcatches, and while weapon art is hard to land, it's uncharged version is a good mixup for close range. Overall a good weapon.
- Anonymous
An ok weapon, let down by a bad weapon art, the charge up is too long for short range and the range is terrible so long range is not an option.
Without min-maxing talismans i can easily get this weapons skill to 4k dmg in NG+6
I used:
Howl of shibriri
Golden vow
Shard of Alexander
Skill: Knowledge Above all (-15% holy and magic defense)
And i had 55 faith 60 str and 60 dex
You can get more if you used godfrey icon, flocks canvas or the sacred scorpion charm. Alomg with that its AR was about 1049 with the buffs i used while it being +9. Highly recommended giving it a try. Its imo one of the best greatspears.
- Anonymous
An extremely efficient Str/Faith weapon. Up to 59 Strength/50 Faith are its softcaps, and it reaches some nutty damage that outperforms any other Str/Faith weapon I could find before the final boss, at least with 42/50 Str/Fai. It's honestly a shame, because there's no AoW-compatible weapon in the game that keeps up with this thing's hybrid scaling, meaning that my first playthrough immediately stopped using the whole AoW system!
As a bonus, its heavy jumping attack deals massive poise damage. Paired with Clawmark Talisman and a Greatshield, I'm bloody unstoppable in both PvE and PvP. Great weapon!
- Anonymous
Maybe it's a stretch, but, could the name of the knight wielding it (Siluria) be a reference to the Silurian, a geologocal period of time which came after the Ordovician (The other knight's name being Ordovis). Both these periods were part of the paleozoic, during which life, as we know it, saw some dramatic changes from an evolutionary point of view.
We know the Crucible is more or less the evolution of life in Elden ring, so it could make some sense that the knights that worship it are a reference to these geological periods.
This period of time was followed by the Devonian, so it could be possible that a future Crucible knight's name will pe Devon or something along those lines.

charged r2? this is not the moonlight greatsword, fix the side note. It's its charged Ash of War
- Anonymous
Only real complaint with this weapon is its holy damage. It is fine until mid game but late game it really drops of in effectiveness and the final boss has like 80 % resistance to it . Pretty solid weapon and I recommend a back up for end game
Good Moveset, Does Alot of Holy Damage with the Charged AoW, Can Knockdown Some Bosses/Enemies.
However, Late Game Holy Damage falls off so it's effectiveness will diminish the further you get and The AoW is rather difficult to land and has bad tracking.
- Anonymous
Most likely the second best great spear since str/faith goes well with beast bolt. Misses the superior R2 of the tree spear but thats ok imo. Ash of war can be free aimed but dont expect to hit a lot of people with it unless you are some kind of pvp god.
- Anonymous
This weapon just look sick, gonna try str fth build with this
- Anonymous
Godfrey's Icon + Golden Vow + Ritual Spear with 40 FTH/STR = Around 2k Damage with a Charged R2. The Projectile has INSANE Range and you fire it and create a AoE on the ground in front of you.
- Anonymous
The range on the charged L2 is INSANE, and it does insane damage. Also if you're charging and the enemy gets aggressive, you can just let go and it'll do the uncharged attack (which has AOE)
Going to play around with it at +9, I think it has potential
- Anonymous
Shard of Alexander + Godfrey Icon and the fully charged WA can blow up some of the tankiest enemies in the game. That being said, in pvp, its really telegraphed and has huge windup and thus won't hit anybody anytime soon.
- Anonymous
I respeced and gave this Spear a try in duels.
It's a absolute unit, great rollcatches, huge range and very good damage when you skill right.
Golden Vow and you are above 1,1k dmg, best thing is when you one hand this beast it just loses like 50 AR thats nothing. If you are nooby use shield if you are chad use a seal and catch ppl offguard with the chain spells.
My PC is not the best average 30 fps but with this monster i won like 30 out of 35 fights. Pair it with good Poise and you are on your way to become a Chad.
Must test the Treespear too because you can buff it with lighting and as far i know the moveset on light attacks are the same, heavy attacks are better with the Treespear so im dunno which spear is cooler but this weapon here is indeed a monster.
- Anonymous
What's the "Sta" stat next to the Holy stat? I see it in every weapon and I dont understand what it is.
- Anonymous
WA deals holy AND physical damage combined, you can increase its physical part with STR and holy part with Faith.
- Anonymous
Beautiful weapon. But I wish the charged Ash of War had waaaaay better tracking for how slow it is. They give things like Dragonhead spells and Estoc perfect tracking but not stuff like this. Shame.

Very good weapon for PvP. Longest reach of all Great Spears (I think), very respectable 765 AR on 40/13/40 STR/DEX/FAI build. Since it's a great spear, it has the very good roll-catching moveset along with the running R2 which is several hits. It doesn't have the really good crouch pokes of the Serpent Hunter, but it outdamages and overranges. The Ash of War is very difficult to land, but does very good damage if can do it.
In conclusion, without the giant tree on the handle it would be OP.

Pair with Icon shield and tree guardian armor for maximum drip
- Anonymous
Good weapon but it needs a bit more damage I think. It's a bit weak even at +8,+9, +10.
- Anonymous
This thing is really nice for my greatshield/faith build. You can poke from behind the shield, but you ALSO have access to an array of sweeping attacks, and the guard counter is pretty nasty. Damage on it is not particularly good, though.
The WA, even though it’s cool looking, rightfully loses its spot to Shield Crash when in one hand, but it’s still fairly accessible when two handed.
I liked this one enough to warrant a +10.
- Anonymous
Why does this weapon (like many others) lose a bit of Guard Boost when you upgrade it to +10? Is it a bug or intended?
- Anonymous
The WA is pretty cool but the regular attacks are atrocious. Way too slow for the amount of damage done
- Anonymous
- Anonymous
Does the charged WA do similar amounts of damage to blasphemous blade?
- Anonymous
The range on this this is phenomenal. I feel like the Seven Ashina Spears.
- Anonymous
I'm having great success with this weapon when invading. Greatspear moveset seems good for poking and rollcatching (especially running strong attack), and the WA can one-hit squishy mages with their moonveils. Godrick's Icon also buffs the WA by around 13%.
