Siluria's Tree is a Great Spear in Elden Ring. The Siluria's Tree scales primarily with Strength, Faith and Dexterity and is a good Weapon for dealing Holy Damage, but requires a certain level of Strength and Dexterity in order to wield it.
Siluria's Tree, weapon of one of the two honored as foremost among the Crucible Knights.
The primordial form of the Erdtree is close in nature to life itself, and this spear, modeled on its crucible, is imbued with ancient holy essence.

More like Siluria's railgun, Jesus this weapon skill can do some insane levels of damage and pierce through enemies like no one's business.

Crucible Knight Siluria is, by far, my all-time favourite build.
60 Vigor; 22 Mind; 24 Endurance; 54 Strength; 13 Dexterity; 9 Intelligence; 40 Faith; 7 Arcane (Level 150; Vagabond).
Siluria's Tree & Erdtree Seal. Incantations - Golden Vow; Aspects of the Crucible: Horns & Tail.
Full Crucible Tree Armor Set. Talismans - Godfrey Icon (boosts Siluria's Tree & Ordovis's Greatsword AoW as well as AotC: Horns & Tail incantations); Shard of Alexander (boosts both AoW and stacks with Godfrey Icon); Dragoncrest Greatshield; Erdtree's Favor +2.
Flask of Wondrous Physick - Opaline Hardtear & Holy-Shrouding Cracked Tear.
Radahn's Great Rune.
Late game bosses have high resistance to holy damage? This build doesn't care. High damage, high armor, utility, cool lore, cool armor & weapons. What else could you possibly want?

Is it me or does the R1 on this have more stagger/knockdown than other great spears?
- Anonymous
I kind of wish there was another version of this with Crucible Wings instead of Devonia's hammer. The tree knights have their own unique version of the attack, and it would also satisfy the people who want to use the wings with their crucible gear.

This is not a late-game weapon. Snag the Golden Halberd from Limgrave and make it +4. (Golden Halberd and Siluria's Tree have similar stat requirements, and the Halberd has great base damage.) Trigger the Radahn festival by getting to Altus early with the Dectus lift, then +5 the halberd with the somber stone right before the Radahn fight. Kill Radahn and make your way into Nokron and to the Gargoyle fight. +6 comes from the spear-wielding Crucible Knight right before the fight. Let Fia kill D to get the Twin Armor set and give it to D's brother to get an ally during the fight. If you're having trouble, run through Altus/the rest of the world to grab more Seeds and Tears, as well as the STR and FAI physick tears. The last chore is to just kill Siluria in the Deeproot Depths right after the Gargoyles, and there you have it. You can even get extra +5/6/7 on your way to the fight to instantly bring it up to +7, and snag +8/9 from Dragonbarrow. Nowhere in this process do you need to defeat a Shardbearer other than Radahn, and while the Gargoyle fight is tough, you have a great weapon and and NPC summon to make it much easier. I've managed this in under two hours before. You can do it too.

Elden Ring was my introduction to Souls-style games, so I had no idea what I was doing on my first run, aside from really liking paladins and therefore running STR/FTH. I'd been goofing about with the Golden Halberd and eventually got stumped when I ran into Mohg. Incidentally, I'd also been confused by the lore, especially with all the "Erdtree is an alien parasite" nonsense floating about, making me wonder if my holy build was in fact aligning me with an outright malevolent entity.
Frantically grasping about for anything to give me an edge against the immovable object that was Mohg, I noticed this THING in my inventory. First saw it was STR/FTH, then saw the incredibly clarifying lore attached to it - the Erdtree *was* the Crucible, simply a new form for the same transcendent tree of life. Suddenly, my holy paladin felt like he fit in the world at last, and Siluria's Woe against Mohg was absolutely glorious. My incompetent build and my naive character concept were both saved by this weapon. Silly? Oh, definitely. Nonetheless, this weapon, its lore, and its absolutely apocalyptic weapon skill will forever have a special place in my heart.
This weapon has a strange bug. You charge the Ash of War, and when it fires off, the enemies just cease to exist! It's like they were never even there!

Prepping this weapon as an anti-tank rifle against Gaius. Pray for me.

I did around 10k to Promised Consort Radahn with Ash of War on this thing. (I would like to mention that I am overleveled and had full Scadutree Blessings so I more damage than most. But still dont sleep on it)

Started the DLC using Maliketh's blade, enemies in general areas went down easy enough but couldn't get a hit in against any boss. Went to deeproot depths, got this piece of work, upgraded it, and did Rellana in on my 4th try. I like how the L2 goes through enemies, so if you get them in a nice tidy line you can kill a few at once (and yes kill, hits very very hard). STR and FTH at 40.
- Anonymous
need to respec for the dlc because int just isnt cutting it, any suggestions for a decent stat distribution for this? i'm level 207 so i can pretty much do whatever
- Anonymous
Saved my ass in most of the main game content. Saved my ass against Rellana. Love it.

Insane weapon for this dlc, not gonna lie. Crazy range for the ash of war, deals very good damage and poise damage.Looks cool.

Siluria's tree as in u chuck a whole ****ing tree at ur enemy's worth of damage

A great spear with a short range AoE for trading, and nuclear ICBM to punish people trying to cast long range slow spells/AoW. What's not to like? My only complaint is that your left hand is clipping through the spear while 2-handing
- Anonymous
Use in PVE for the AOW. Use in PVP for the punishing long range poke that not even pro dodgers can completely avoid. I've murdered so many people WAY more experienced than me with merely an R1 spam, one of which I suspected was a youtuber because they used their own signature T-pose win emote and always found that one spot where Youtubers take their thumbnails after in the arena. It even murders parry spammers, as the spear is too far in their chest for them to parry it as they get stagger locked, just watch out for the initial parry.

Since this weapon cant change ashes, does that also apply to affinities? Id fully upgraded it expecting to be able to experiment with making it heavy/bleed/etc but i dont see any options despite having the right whetblades :/

Used this and killed Maliketh in less than a minute only by using the AoW. It only took 5 hits to defeat Maliketh from what I could remember, this weapon in insane.

This weapon is seriously OP even with it doing holy damage. It's skill does so much damage. If you want to have the game on easy mode use this and the icon shield. Have black flame and a heal. There you go, you beat the game.
- Anonymous
Yes it deals holy damage, and is a late-game weapon, so it does end up somewhat stifled in that regard, but counterpoint: It's a giant divine laser drill rocket launcher, which is the coolest **** I've ever seen in my life

Ok, so here's the deal. This is in the running as one of my favorite weapons. I love it so much, that I hate to use it. A weird sentiment, sure, but here's why. This weapon trivializes this game to an unbelievable level. It is not just a spear, but a great spear, so already it belongs to a fantastic weapon class. You got your pokes, shield pokes, sweeping heavies, and so forth. You are staggering almost assuredly after one guard counter, if not two. At max upgrade your shield pokes are hitting at around 350-430 at a 50/50 split in STR/FTH which is nuts. Pairs with so many talismans, most obviously the spear one. Your STR/FTH split also means you will have no problem using a great shield (which you should with this) and your high FTH levels means you can get access to really powerful spells as well.
So all of that, is obviously very very good. But what makes me hate to use the weapon is it's cheeky little laser rocket spell: Siluria's Woe. My god man. My....god. This ash of war is bonkers. At any point, no matter who, no matter where, no matter anything, you crank that bad boy out and you are hitting in the range of 1500-2000 easy. WITHOUT charge boosting/skill boosting talismans. With those on? You are hitting 3k minimum, no and ifs or buts. Doesn't matter if it's primed, doesn't matter if you just tap it for the close AOE proc. 3k is assured. a 25 FP cost is nice and rounded. An FP bar of 100? 4 shots.
It's the sole reason why I feel dirty using it. You literally delete elements of the gameplay before even encountering them. Sure, you can opt to "not" use your convenient rocket launcher, but that's a challenge in of itself because it's literally right there calling to you like the ring of sauron. The persistent devil on your shooter to just blast your problems away. Why even worry about learning the matchup between someone like Loretta when you can hang back taking pot shots and down her after a few volleys? Or Malenia? Or anyone? You have a ROCKET LAUNCHER. The problem is solved! Just get a clear shot and it's done and over with.
Such a beast of a weapon. I love it. I hate that I love it.

would look so much better without those branch thingys around it :(

Bolt of gransax hits you for 1000-1500 ish damage and gets meta. Loretta's greatbow hits for 1500 ish and gets meta. Jar cannon hits for 1000 ish and gets meta...
This thing casually hits you for 3000 both up close and from afar and it's under the radar somehow.

I want to do a crucible knight themed run after I finish my first run to see how Str Fai compares to Dex Int, should I use Siluria's tree or Ordovis's Greatsword?
- Anonymous
Most underrated weapon, appears in no best of list. Why is it good, the Lazor Blast Weapon Art absolutely has insane poise damage, passes through enemies, has low FP cost and short wind-up. You can literally bypass whole sections of the game just by death-star-blasting tricky enemies into oblivion. Don't get me started on what it does to lightly armored bosses. Sure, it's a one trick pony, but man, that ONE trick has it all.
- Anonymous
Throw lightning at an enemy as though a bolt from a storm, or just through the entire dang storm at them. Yeah, this weapon's really good. Definitely run a Strength/Faith build with this as one of your mid-late game options, for sure.

This weapon changed my life. I used to sob in rage over my powerlessness, but now with Siluria's Tree, my power is maximum

This spear is seriously so good. If you’re on the fence about using a spear use this and you honestly might not want to use anything else. It’s so good and so fun and scales amazingly.

Siluria's tree is all I have ever wanted from a spear in souls games.

this or the crucible greatsword? both seem to be pretty good for a crucible cosplay
- Anonymous
Currently running a Crucible build, and I was very torn between using Ordovis's Greatsword or this as my weapons of choice. The Greatsword can do a lot of combo potential on especially larger enemies, but this weapon's art is great for long-distance combat... Then I decided to upgrade both and have my Mimic Tear carry this while I used the Greatsword. It's been very fun.

Blasted a man off the Ruin-Strewn Precipice with this bad boy. It's good. Not meta or anything, but underrated as hell.

It isn't strictly better than bolt of gransax, but it's quite the counter to it. It's even safer to use because the uncharged attack is a very punishing thrust that will remove 80% hp to any fool who goes for the jumping r2.

nice scale for a faith/strg build, i am using it with a regen build

I changed to this from treespear once I got it. Even though I can't use my poison armament anymore, this is soooo much more OP. Respec'd for STR/Faith. I don't pvp, only PVE, and I literally one shotted all of Lyndell this this thing my first try. (siluria's spear/icon shield) really OP, even with everything being resistant to holy!!! And I only use the ash once in awhile.

This greatspear + dung eater’s chestpiece and helm for the big daddy cosplay

Pretty annoying to fight this in pvp. Thankfully the wacky stat requirements & relatively obscure location makes it seldom seen. Roll away from, not into the projectile. It has a tail & latency is a concern. Also do noy try to interrupt the charge attack, they usually get super armor & if you try to trade you will get shredded.

- Anonymous
might be coincidence, but the spear head looks a lot like the elden ring
- Anonymous
The spear is pretty fun to use the weapon art might be a bit difficult to use but it shreds once you get used to it. I made a crucible tree knight build with this and it's awesome!
- Anonymous
Silurias Bazooka. It may be a bad damage type and slow as hell. But damn! A fully charged weapon art deals some ludicrous damage. Its considered chargable so slap on a godfreys icon, holy scorpion charm and Alex's shard and you will blow away anything that isnt massively resistant to holy. Just dont plan on beating the game with it though...
- Anonymous
ash of war gets eaten by the slightest variations in the terrain, really needs to be changed.
- Anonymous
Don't be fooled by the comments saying this is good, a lot of that is probably just people who tried it out on one of godricks soldiers and never used for proper play, this things weapon art is terrible, incredibly long wind up and the range is far too short for sniping, impractical.
- Anonymous
Charged weapon art only seems to shoot forwards straight with no verticle deviation which makes it less useful if not on completely flat land, even a small hill can cause it to just miss. Not sure if this is intentional or not ?
This weapon is stupidly overpowered if you have a summon that can tank attacks from bosses
golden vow
sacred scorpion charm
Holy-Shrouding Cracked Tear
shard of alexander
ritual sword talisman
all you need is the min faith and deals up to 3000 dmg, the range of the skill is absurd, meaning you can become a holy sniper and get out of the fight from any boss with max health if you can dodge the boss attacks or distract them with any invocation, i'm at 70 str, 36 fai, 50 vig and this thing does more holy damage than 2 maliketh's black swords, imagine the things you can do with 70+ faith and good buffs.
