Site of Grace

elden ring artwork elden ring wiki guide 7 300px
This tiny golden aura is the grace of the Erdtree. But now it is all that guides you, or so I hear. You can see them, Can't you? The rays of grace, that guide you through your burden

Sites of Lost Grace are the Checkpoints of Elden Ring. These special locations feature a luminous remnant of Grace, enshrined by a small stump of roots, and allow a moment of respite in The Lands Between. Sites of Lost Grace function pretty much the same way that Bonfires worked in Dark Souls series.

Elden Ring Site of Lost Grace Map Locations

Through your map, you can instantly travel to any sites of grace that you've discovered.
However, there are some dungeons and other areas where this cannot be done.

Can someone explain to me why the grace sites continue to indicate on the map even though I have completed the areas where they continue to indicate even after finishing the game?

You can fast travel out of dungeons you've already finished. It's good if there's some enemy you want to grind in one of them (ex. the watchdogs in the Giants' Mountaintop Catacombs).

If Miqella is said to guide Tarnished, then Sites of Grace would be his presence. It's alluring, provides shelter and guides us to the Erdtree.

            • Anonymous

honestly its kinda lame they gave us fast travel right off the bat. should have been a reward from radahn or morgott or something

Isn't it strange that you can warp into Hero's Grave sites of grace but you can't warp out? What's up with that?

                • Anonymous

Imagine if you are an NPC, and every now and again a Tarnished walked by, sat down in a random spot for a second, and stood up with more power than before. or just disappeared to go to the roundtable or somewhere.

Is it possible to place a count number at each subsection, especially Liurnia of Lake? I could count the number of graces on my own map before matching the grace one by one. If the number match, I wouldn't need to match the grace one by one.

                    • I wish sites of graces stayed on your map when going to ng+, their icon would be greyed or blacked out until you reactivated them. Places like liurnia and caelid have so many and knowing where they are when going to ng+ would be so alleviating

please put this list in the order it appears on the grace list in game, will make it much easier for players to check and see if they've missed any graces

                        • Anonymous

Can yall update this so the list of grace spots is identical to the list in the game? The weird order makes it very dificult to compare

                          • Anonymous

Sites of Grace seem to resemble Humanities from the original Dark Souls. Throwback maybe? Or possibly lore related?

In Caelid there are several missing from this list. Caelid Catacombs, Cathedral of Dragon Communion, Impassable Greatbridge, Chamber Outside the Plaza, Redmane Castle Plaza, Starscourge Radahn, Church of the Plague, Heart of Aeonia, Aeonia Swamp Shore, Fort Gael North, Minor Erdtree Catacombs, Caelem Ruins, Sellia Backstreets, Chair-Crypt of Sellia, Sellia Hideaway..

Has anyone had issues with the screen remaining black and “loading” when trying to rest at a site of grace? I’ve had the same thing happen at 4 sites around and including Jarburg.

Do not "Discover Site of Grace" when you are being summoned. You may not be able unlock it on your map for fast travel afterwards.

I don't see it so there's the Highroad cave grace in the canyon under Saintsbridge and to the north on the west ide of the canyon cliff face.

There's a missing one, Northwest of Bellum church, in the river at the ground level there's one called "The Ravine"

Does anyone know if there's a way to get back to the fractured marika grace that's in the final boss area? I beat the final boss without touching the grace, therefore not able to get back to the area. I have a few quests done and many of these are ending related, please tell me there's a way

Missing the hermit merchant shack in Lyedell, West of the Erdtree inside the walls, right on top of the Outer Wall Battleground Site of grace

                                          • There is a site of grace south of the Glintstone Dragon on the western edge of the Temple Quarter area in Liurnia of the Lakes. I've added it to the list with the rough lat long. This will need to be updated once there is a map icon for it.

Grace is literally a humanity from Dark Souls. With so many reused assets and animations from Dark Souls 3 and characters exclusive to Dark Souls making an appearance, there is no doubt in my mind this game is Dark Souls 4 in the painted World.

FromSoftware is back with it's awful checkpoint placement from Ds3 and Sekiro, Network test had 19 Graces and at least 5 Stakes of Marika and all of them were close to each other.

Missing Groveside Cave (North of Church of Elleh, South of Forlorn Hound Evergaol) and Stormfoot Catacombs (West of Groveside Cave).
