10/10 best arrows, only thing that makes godskin duo bearable
Haven't found a use for these yet. Weaker enemies seem to die from the arrow damage before the sleep meter can build up and stronger enemies I haven't been able to hit with enough to get them to sleep

Sleep is the way to go. Put fatty to sleep with 2 sleep pots. Focus skinny. Use mimic tear. Took 5 or 6 tries

The cookbook is sold by the merchant on the bridge to the academy of Raya Lucaria. When you use the key for the seal, you'll be teleported to the Main Academy Gate. Go past the seal where the bridge is going downhill and the merchant is located in the middle of the bridge. The book costs 3500 runes.

Found the location for the cookbook:
Once you gain access to the Academy of Raya Lucaria by getting the Glintstone Key, enter through the South Raya Lucaria Gate, where you'll have to fight a bloodhound knight. Once he's dead, keep going through the grass-covered bridge and you'll soon run into a merchant who'll sell you the cookbook.
Alternatively, if you don't want to fight the bloodhound, access the Academy through the Main Academy Gate in the north, then follow the path to the east, then to the south, past a couple groups of wolves, to the same merchant.

did any network testers try sleep arrows in pvp? im curious and i want to see if there is a sleeping animation for the player
your a virgin if you use these in PVP, no exceptions.
