FARMING LOCATIONS
- Warmaster's Shack: Climb the small cliff to the east of the grace to find an Owl next to six Tarnished Golden Sunflowers.
- South of the Lookout Tower Site of Grace in Weeping Peninsula: An Owl sits perched on a small cliff exactly northwest of the site of grace, about an 11 second horseback ride away.
- Stormhill Shack site of grace in Stormhill. From the grace, head south, following the cliff wall. The owl is about a 10 second ride away.

AnonymousTwo royal knights, six elite soldiers, a bunch of foot soldiers, zombie hounds, a couple mages and a gladiator with panic attacks are guarding a military campsite. You'd think they have a valuable tool, a powerful weapon or something like that hidden there, but no. It's a damn owl egg.
Seriously the reward system of this game is just absolutely bonkers sometimes.

man I got no clue why people are pretending this is important to the lore. "symbolizes the most sublime slumber" is a nice phrase but it doesn't really mean anything. also confusing why the items are seen as "useless". yeah, stimulating boluses are pretty middling since almost nothing inflicts sleep, but clarifying meat is really useful when dealing with madness areas in pve or madness builds in pvp.

I slaughtered all those poor owls thinking it would surely be worth it because these relatively rare eggs must be necessary for crafting some awesome item later on. Turns out it’s only used to craft some of the most useless junk in the game.

There is another Slumbering Egg in the world. In Caelid, south west of the Smoldering Wall site of grace, you can find a small encampment--One soldier with shield, one with a lance, one commoner with a flaming staff, and a knight. There is a chest under the tent with a Smoldering Egg in it.

Weeping Peninsula, fast-ride for 11 seconds exactly northwest from South of the Lookout Tower site of grace. Next to the big ruins fragment stone thing, on a rock ledge but not a high ledge. You'll hear a hoot hoot! Repeatable by returning to the site of grace after each kill, easy Slumbering Eggs.
