sooo, I handed over the bell, but, only the glintstone scrap and somberstone (1) are available, I also gave the smithing stone (1) bell and nothing has appeared in the shop, trying to find a solution.

This bell bearing is kind of redundant in the early game as long as you have access toiji

For those who seem to not have gotten it from the raya lucaria crystal tunnel (like me), I ended up getting it from the falling star beast in the sellia crystal tunnel for some reason

i got this from the raya lucaria crystal tunnel Crystalian, maybe the Bell Bearings drop in order?

The Bell didn't drop for me but when I checked the mine again later in game, I could do the boss again and it dropped it the second time. Normal playthrough though, not newgame+.

I just offered this to the twin maidens directly after offering bernhals bell. The bells from this boss are nowhere in her inventory (no new items)

It unlocks the Somber Smithing Stones instead of the normal ones

The Fallingstar Beast's bell gives you *Somber* Smithing Stones 1 and 2, not regular ones

I'd imagine this bell lets the lady in the Roundtable sell you Somberstones 1 and 2. The bell you get from Selia Crystal Tunnels lets you buy Smithstones 1 and 2. If I am correct, my suggestion to you if you are struggling with this boss like me; go do Blaidd's questline (in Mistwood area). Fextra's steps are somewhat accurate. Once you help him kill the boss at Forlorn Hound Evergaol, talk to him and he will tell you to go talk to a blacksmith. This is the big giant blacksmith just north of Kingsrealm Ruins at the northwest part of Liurnia Lake. Once you exhaust all his dialogue he will sell you Somberstones 1 and 2 unlimted and has three (3) and (4)s!

You can get this from killing the boss in Sellia Crystal Tunnel

You can find this item by killing the Fallingstar Beast boss at the end of Sellia Crystal Tunnel! :)
i just saw a video where it dropped in the altus plateau instead, so i guess that got patched, could at least mention it on the wiki to avoid confusion
