A small Mausoleum on an island in the Southern Shores.

Southern Nameless Mausoleum is a Location in Elden Ring, added with the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. The Southern Nameless Mausoleum is found in the Southern Shore region, on an island that can only be accessed through an underground cave. The entrance to the cave is on the mainland shore just south-east from the Cerulean Coast West site of grace on a ledge behind and below the large dead tree.

Southern Nameless Mausoleum Map

  • The Southern Nameless Mausoleum is located in the Cerulean Coast region. To get there, begin at the Pillar Path Cross Site of Grace [See Elden Ring Map] directly south of Castle Ensis. Head north of the Site of Grace, wherein you will follow the cliff until you see a part of it that you can jump on. Make your way to the bottom using the rocks, then head south to a cave opening leading to the Ellac River Cave Site of Grace [See Elden Ring Map]. Keep heading south until you get to the waterfalls, then carefully jump across the rock formations. Head south, and you can activate the Ellac River Downstream Site of Grace [See Elden Ring Map]. From here continue traveling until you see glowing blue flowers around the area, which means that you are in the Cerulean Coast. You can use the nearby Site of Grace [Cerulean Coast] before proceeding.

Starting from the Cerulean Coast Site of Grace, head southwest to the edge of the region towards a withered tree. There are no other tree like it in the vicinity so it should be easier to spot. Look for a narrow path to its right leading directly below the tree. Jump down the hole and enter the cave. Once you are inside, head east, then west, to exit the cave. You will find yourself on the small island across the Cerulean Coast where the Southern Nameless Mausoleum is located. [See Shadow of the Erdtree Map]

Southern Nameless Mausoleum Walkthrough

The Southern Nameless Mausoleum is located within the Cerulean Coast region, the southern section of the map. The location is an arena where you can fight against a mini-boss, the Dancer of Ranah. As indicated in the image below, head to the location that's marked in the Cerulean Coast, which is towards the edge of a cliff and near a withered tree. From there, check the left to find a narrow path (below the tree) that leads to a hole that you can drop to enter a cave.

When you reach the bottom, face the compass towards the west and go straight until you exit the cave. You can ride your mount here and avoid fighting the Giant Crab inside the cave. As you exit, you should find yourself on the small island if you open the map. As soon as you reach the surface on the little island, go on top of the rock on the entrance and there's a reusable item "Perfumed Oil of Ranah" held by a corpse.  Make a right towards the shore, then up the hill on the left where you'll find a field of blue glowing flowers and the mausoleum. By the entrance, there is a Summoning Pool or effigy for players to use for co-op. There is also a Stake of Marika that you can use to respawn by the entrance of the mausoleum in case you die. As mentioned, the location is where you'll fight against a mini-boss, so make preparations before you pass through the mist. For guides and strategies on how to defeat the boss, please visit the Dancer of Ranah page or view the video guide above.

Defeating this mini-boss rewards the player with the following items:

I think the person that wrote the guide didn’t realize they left out the “west” after cerulean coast site of grace cause after searching it up on YouTube I realized the directions were correct just from the wrong starting point and simply because it didn’t state the west site of grace

      • Anonymous

"Starting from the Cerulean Coast Site of Grace, head southeast"... please, head southWEST. not southeast. It took me forever to find this. Hope this helps

          Some better instructions:
Go South-WEST to the withered tree. Behind the right side, there is a ramp along the edge taking you to a hole with ledges leading to the bottom.
Going East takes you through a path of exploding ghost noodles, ultimately leading to a Great Ghost Glovewort, and back to the Cerulean Coast.
Going West takes you to an arena with a hidden lobster, finally leading you to the island with the Southern Nameless Mausoleum.

          • These might be the worst directions ever given. You'd have a better time telling me how to get to Times Square by telling me the lyrics to The Way by Fastball.

i think you mean southwest of the cerulean coast grace because i found another withered tree near miquella’s cross and i was confused for a good 30 mins

The messages left saying to equip the armor and fancy spin gesture are just telling to make you put on a dress a twirl. Don’t waste your time.

i saw the messages, left, played the main game for around 4-5 hours came back with the same emote used in the messages only to find out they were trolling god bless this game

Does this place have an underground??? I see two messages saying to wear the boss armor and gesture, they’re both highly appraised, but when I do it nothing happens. Everywhere I look it up I just get guides on how to get here, even this has been no help.

As soon as you reach the surface on the little island, go on top of the rock on the entrance and there's a reusable item "Perfumed Oil of Ranah"

The entrance is not "just south" of the grace. Go along the shore south east. The entrance is on a ledge south of a dead tree.

There is another item on the rock opposite the boss room called "Perfumed Oil of Ranah" which casts flames using FP
