Stalwart Horn Charm is a Talisman in Elden Ring. Stalwart Horn Charm raises Robustness by 90/140, improving resistance to Blood Loss and Frost. Players can use talismans in Elden Ring to boost a variety of Stats.
An accoutrement worn by the ancestral followers.
Raises robustness.
(Robustness governs resistance to blood loss and frost.)
Said to be a budding horn. The ancestral followers believe that the horns of a long-lived beast continue to bud like antlers, over and over again, until the beast one day becomes an ancestral spirit.

Where to find Stalwart Horn Charm in Elden Ring
Base talisman: Uld Palace Ruins in northeastern Liurnia of the Lakes: Go to the Mausoleum Compound and head north up the incline, then turn left and follow the cliff edge southwest. When you reach the large vertical rock formation, walk around it counter-clockwise until you see a hole in the wall. Go through it and you will find the talisman on a corpse to your left overhanging a cliff. [Map link]
+1 variant: Can be found in the southwestern area of Consecrated Snowfield, southeast of Yelough Anix Tunnel entrance. I curse myself for forgetting to put this on after I get insta bled in pvp. Then remember I do have it equipped, and the tear that increases all resistances. And heavy armor. Dude, like what’s the point in having all this gear just to get insta-nuked anyways. Even without status they’re damage output is as good as mine. And if they’re power stancing, they do literally double my damage plus I’ve been debuffed by 15-20% for status, plus they just got 20% buff from exultation talisman, plus they stack white mask/winged sword talismans to boot... and these people send me hate mail for “healing in duels” with lords aid or bestial constitution... Also, why do katanas all have to be so annoying but straight swords don’t even get innate bleed? Why are the katanas so obnoxiously long? Same logic means great swords get straight sword move sets and innate bleed... This is Miyazaki’s revenge for the West putting his country in the microwave.

thank frick for this talisman, i can survive a single RoB hit now at 700 robustness after a dodge.

Is 140 robustness a lot for Elden Ring standards? I have hundreds of hours in and I still don’t know.

this and the other status talisman (specifically the +1 versions) are very useful pvp since status builds are so prevalent.
I actually picked up the +1 from the Shaman, not the corpse. Anyone that can confirm that it is on the corpse?

For the first one , take the first left, not all the way to the cliff like the instructions say

Switched out bullgoat talisman for this. Im fed up with being shredded by max level phantoms with rob.

I like how this description lowkey hints that Torrent is the same species as the Ancestor Spirit.

The directions for the base version are somewhat misleading. When you port to the Mausoleum Compound grace, don't travel north. Simply face north and the cliff you need to climb and follow will be immediately on your left. Following these directions had me going way too far north, all the way up the incline and following the wrong cliff.

For the first time in souls history, the bleed ring is viable in PvP.
Hell, I'd argue it's a necessity for 1.03

Given the prevalence of bleed builds in this patch, you may want to pick this up. It is noticeably effective.

SOUTHwest (NOT NW) of the site of grace. Location on the map is actually pretty accurate, it IS through a hole in the biggest rock formation in that spot.

Very, very, very helpful against bleed builds in pvp, especially the better version.

Comment from Redditor HumorNo9543 who is the original poster: If you head up and to the left from the site of grace and curve around the rock formations overlooking the lake there is a hole in the rock face. It is on a confessor's corpse there.

The regular version of this charm is near the Mausoleum Compound site of grace in Northeast Liurnia. From that grace, if you look just southwest at the big rock spire, its at the base of that once you go through a small opening in the rocks. To get there, if you go just north up that tiny hill, then west once you can follow along the cliff and go straight to the spire, follow it around, go through the rock tunnel and it'll be on a corpse hanging on the ledge.

The regular +1 version of the Stalwart Horn Charm is southwest of the "Mausoleum Compound" site of grace. Roughly in the mid point between "Raya Lucaria Crystal Tunnel" and "Mausoleum Compound". You have to head west from the mausoleum and then follow the cliffs/high rocks south/south-west until you find a "hole" in the cliffside.

for regular version go to mausoleum compound and go up the little hill and just hug the left side of the cliff. you will see a small hole in the wall and the talisman is on a corpse there.

The regular version of this talisman is located South-West of the Mausoleum Compound grace on a ledge it's quite close. You can get to it by going up West and follow the rock formation to the South-West from the right.
