New Souls Players: Haha, onion ring boomerang goes brrrr
Veteran Souls Players: Ahh, is this the blood? The blood of the dark soul?

would be cool if you found this one before radagons rings, considering it has lower requirements. i understand items are place by lore but wtf man

Sir Gideon Ofnir, the Ball-Throwing truly was shooting hoops...

Oh hey so this is that annoying thing that hits me even when im nowhere bear it.

Onion Rings
Theoretically If you can make these hit for 500+ you can outtrade anyone as long as you can put out at least 2 waves. They have to either charge you fast or disengage.
You can also use the walls to alter the time each ring returns to you. Whenever a ring makes contact with an obstacle and stops, it will immediately start the return loop. Each individual ring has their own return loop for whenever they hit a wall. That's how that can be altered to make a frame trap.

I love this spell in concept, but the hitboxes have a severe desyncing issue. Sometimes they'll hit when you're standing in the gaps between them, and sometimes they'll hit a good second after you roll the return hitbox. I just... why?

The ideal pvp formula: triple rings at midrange then chain casting into discus of light if they retreat. Then chain casting discus of light into triple rings if they come back. Discus is only 3 fp and is faster than triple rings with wayyyyy more range. The mixup really messes with people. If the opponent is determined to muscle through the stacked triple rings: melee with high poise damage weapon, catch flame, prayerful strike, wrath of gold or flame strike. Just make sure you don’t try to melee into a jump attack. Gravitas is another great option and hard counters jumps over the rings. Radagons rings is great for ganks.
This strategy is tried and proven effective after months in Xbox duelyard. If they escape the range of discus or strafe it, then cast a heal/buff, Elden stars or holy ground to punish passive play. None shall defy the Golden Order.

At the top of the page it states this spell costs 23 FP, however in the notes it states it costs 16 FP, does anyone know which one is correct? I do not have the spell currently so I cannot check.

The only good Golden Order spell for PvP, and it’s pretty awesome. Takes up a lot of space, chunks hard, can potentially hit multiple times, and the best part is it chain casts into itself! You can fill the whole screen with these and apply tons of pressure, especially when used with other spells. On an Int/Faith build it works very nicely in conjunction with a homing spell like Rykard/Ancient Death Ranchor or Shard Spiral.

I had dream you could throw these vertically and stop their flight on a whim

This is the only reason to go INT/FTH for pvp. So for those who will here is a tip, if you don't care about the okish sorceries that are INT/FTH just meet this spells minimal INT requirement and go 80 FTH with the goldmask helm and get a solid 350 damage per tick.
This spell is amazing for pvp and very good at free aiming roll catching as well as nicking players playing passive at medium to long range. The best thing this spell does is If someone is at medium range cast this twice and aim the second one in front of their feet if they rush you then start rolling into them so that they get damaged by the rings coming back to you. Very easy way to get around 1k damage from just two casts.

That feeling when the 1980's recession hits and no-one wants to buy your Gold Plates anymore...

Can you still use the erdtree great shield combo with this or no because it was really cool

I’m curious if the rings have the same lingering multi-hit as corona’s from ds3. WoW Corona used to do a **** ton of damage if you could space it perfectly.

Can this hit large enemies like dragons multiple times because of all their limbs having a hitbox?

"FP cost 23"
"Low Cost Incantation (16 Focus Points per cast)"
Which is it then? Good lord...

Not sure why this is found so much later than Radagon's Rings of Light given that it's got lower requirements all-around. IMO, should be flipped around in terms of location, or at least put earlier, like where Discus of Light is (and bump Discus of Light to roughly where you'd get Lightning Spear).
- Anonymous
Chain casting is still in the game. They just removed the obvious cheese/glitch cast nonsense. Discus chains into triple rings.
- Anonymous
Does anyone know if where the rings pause at their max distance, if they continue to hit before returning?
- Anonymous
In PVP, throwing the rings at the ground directly in front of you is a great way to punish aggression. It creates a wide effective hitbox that will hit twice very quickly. With just under 300 scaling on the Golden Order Seal the rings will hit together for about 800-900 depending on your opponent's holy resist. Combine with the fact that you can chain it after a Bestial Sling or Catch Flame and this becomes an excellent close range spell.
- Anonymous
I wish this and Radagon's Rings of Light were swapped on the locations you get them. Having to get to the Haligtree to get this is really rough.
- Anonymous
It’s safe to say that this is the bread and butter of golden order builds. Very unfortunate that it is so late into the game. Discus of Light is neat but is paltry compared to this one.

Thank you so much for your work because France doesnt have wiki

Really good in pvp. I got it at lvl60 with +12 weapons. Even though it was hard to kill Niall and Loretta at such a low level, its totally worth it. People have a really hard time dodging the returning discs, so it almost guarantees hits.
- Anonymous
Comboing this with lightning strike and/or honed bolt makes for a nasty midrange game (int+faith mage pvp)
- Anonymous
Unfortunately, faith/intelligence constructs are hardly viable. Since they don't have an attribute to imbue their weapons with. They could have kept holy and electricized us pure faith users.
- Anonymous
i would use this if it didn't have this ridiculous intelligence requirements, it's a holy incantation it should only require faith same goes for the other holy incantations that require intelligence. what were they thinking?
- Anonymous
wow what a cool spell! it would be a real shame if every boss was super resistant to holy damage by the time you got it...
- Anonymous
- Anonymous
is there any info on how it scales with intel and faith? I'm a faith with no investment yet in intel and I only want to invent in the bare minimum of intel. Do these scale with faith more?
- Anonymous
why do these require int? I wanted to build a paladin with actual holy spells but these require you to build around them.
- Anonymous
Hopefully they buff to allow each ring to count against a single enemy, would justify casting in melee range.
- Anonymous
Spell is surprisingly useful in pvp. Seems to catch people off guard when it comes back at them. At least the first time.
- Anonymous
Incantations like this one can actually either combo into others or be combo'd into.
For instance, if you cast Triple Rings of Light and immediately use an incantation like Lightning Strike or Stone of Gurranq, you'll completely skip the wind-up animation and cast it instantly.
- Anonymous
if used in rennala fight killing scholars wont make her drop, which might be a bug or intentional feature

I can't wait for the DLC for this game. Once there is a sorcery catalyst that casts incantations or a sacred seal that can also cast sorceries FTH/INT is gonna be the new meta build for magic.
- Anonymous
I dont think you can hit 3x damage on the same mob for a shotgun type approach, appears to only count one disc per throw (+ damage for one disc on way back) - is this correct?

Building for this would mean im stuck with Night and Flame, which i hear is/was great. but... is it worth it..
- Anonymous
I don't care that it doesn't do any damage it is soo much fun to use!
- Anonymous
This spell could have been the loretta’s mastery of incantations
- Anonymous
I really dont get why they made this faith/int as well as death magics. Like am I suppose to be playing both of those spells on the same build? Its real odd.

- Anonymous
make it so it casts at the same speed it casts spells in the right hand
- Anonymous
I love the lore behind this description. Radagon taught his son Miquella the incantation Radagon's Ring of Light as part of Golden Fundamentalism. But Miquella rejected his father's teachings, and developed Triple Rings of Light, an improvement on his father's teaching. I wonder what it means when they say it was "gifted."
- Anonymous
If you build for it, it can be really strong. It’s wide enough to basically not matter if enemies try to side step it, and it’s spammable.
Fundamentalist seal, gold mask, Sacred scorpion + flock canvas with golden vow up and a faith/holy physick you can really melt ****

left handed slot is bugged if you hold seal in left hand the cast of all mircales is delayed. In right hand your spells will come off faster.
- Anonymous
- Anonymous
Each individual ring can hit the same target. You can pointblank shotgun large enemies with this to shred them with a whooping 6 disc hits. Also has decent, spammable casting speed, is cheap, and also zones like crazy in pvp. A must have bread and butter incantation for any golden order seal users.
- Anonymous
So where are the sorceries thar require a heavy investment in faith also? Oh that's right there's no such thing. Whoever thought of INT/FAITH splits for these miracle incantations is an absolute troll.
- Anonymous
A surprisingly effective spell, the rings are far larger than the solo counterpart making this an excellent zoning tool for PVP, especially since you can drop it at your feet and the lingering hitbox will catch people off guard.
However there's a very odd quirk with this incantation and as far I can tell only this incantation. It casts significantly faster if your seal is in your right hand or if you're two handing it. I confirmed that switching hands with the same seal resulted in a far slower cast.

Update description please, only takes one stonesword key but everything else is correct on how to find it.
I would love to go for a full holy build but sadly the damage numbers on this spell don't hold up compared to other faith spells.
The spell is still fun though because the shot projectiles return shortly after impact - so you deal 2x damage.
Overall I think it's doing okay against normal enemies, but it feels like tickling when cast against bosses lol
Should there ever be a balance patch and they would pump up the damage on this one, I would probably play through the whole game only with this spell haha

Definitely the most problematic thing about this game is how in previous games holy is supposed to be pure faith and not have any relevance intelligence whatsoever implying lighting as well in this case. FTH and INT was only ever related to dark and fire, sword of night and flame is perfect yet some incantations and sorceries are quite questionable in terms of scaling.
- Anonymous
Why does the description say "lvliquella" Pretty sure his name is Miquella
So many incantations being only obtainable late game AND having INT requirements is rough.
Meanwhile you can get rock sling + meteorite staff within like 20 minutes of starting the game.
- Anonymous
Why are people *****ing about this needing int? It's a Golden Order incantation. They scale with both Int and Faith when you use the Golden Order Seal. You have the wrong build for it bro.
- Anonymous
I made a str/fth build and every other incantation requires arc or int.
- Anonymous
the fact that nearly all holy damage miracles require intel is so f****ng annoying

What, still here? Hand it over. That thing, your elden ring.

Found near "Prayer Room" site of grace in Elphael, Brace of the Haeligtree.
Go out toward the zone and take an immediate right and land on top of a building.
Next lookdown the building towards northeast and you should see an imp stonekey statue guarded by 2 Haeligtree soldiers.
It should be in the chest that you just unlocked with the stonekey

found this under the prayer room grace behind a gargoyle door in haligtree

This is located in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree. The closest grace is the Prayer Room, you follow a ledge with a bunch of soldiers on it and it's behind a stonesword wall.

How is the damage on this incantation? Is it all worth the heavy investment into INT for a faith build?
Why dose this have a int requirement
