Twinned Helm is a Helm in Elden Ring. Twinned Helm is part of the Twinned Set, and is a helm headpiece that depicts the entwined twins of gold and silver. Twinned Helm protect the player's head by applying various defensive properties, it also changes the appearance as well when it is equipped. Some armor pieces may be available to both genders but may be slightly different for male and female characters.
Helm depicting entwined twins of gold and silver.
The two known as D are inseparable twins.
They are of two bodies and two minds, but one single soul. Not once do they stand together; not one word do they speak to one another.
Perhaps this armor longs to find its way to the other D.

This Julius Caesar lookalike has been the bane of Elden Bling posts on the internet since the game came out. You'll see someone post "check out my drip" and there's a very high chance that they're using this helmet. There are like 80 armor sets in the game and this is the only head piece that people use to try and flex their eye for aesthetically appealing armor combinations. If I could delete any item from the game it would be this helmet. I hate the Twinned Helmet and if you use it I hate you too.
