Finally! A Good Looking + functional armor set that an actual adventurer/explorer would wear! It is light, flexible and functional!
Worn + torn in some areas...and the scales strings are fraying...but the armor will still do its job!

I heard people talking about Vulgar Militia armor and thought they were crazy, because I had only gotten the headpiece to drop. Then I saw this thing, and realized this is the SNAZZIEST way to look like you're some person who's traveled from the farthest reaches of the Lands Between and back.

Now this may not be the most defensive chest peice besides a bit of resistance to lightning, but you sure look like a badass who's been through a long journey.

One of the better looking armors in the game, and light too. I like the billowing longcoat style. Now I need some kind of tricorn or wide brimmed hat to match this with.

Best way to farm is Hidden Path to the Haligtree grace. There is 1 just behind grace which can be farmable with ease

Not bad looking on a rogue/ assassin character, has similar stats to the bandit chest armor and weighs the same.
One of the best pieces of armor in the game. Goes well with pretty much everything.
