Walkthrough for Divine Tower of Limgrave in Elden Ring

This is the location where you can restore Godrick's Great rune to full strength and have it grant you its power. To reach the location, take the long bridge east of Stormveil castle from the Limgrave Tower Bridge Site of Grace.  Many players won't have this Site of Grace initially, as it requires you to have navigated the ballistae gauntlet from Stormveil Main Gate or from having navigated most of Stormveil Castle and approaching from the opposite direction.

Some tips, if coming from the Stormveil Main Gate Site of Grace:

  • Summoning just as you enter the area is helpful as it will provide additional targets for the ballistae
  • Run forward about 50 yards until there is an opening to the right
  • Sprint for the large open arch, but beware: a tough enemy will try to stop you
  • Once through, the Limgrave Tower Bridge Site of Grace is a short sprint away!

You can loot Boltdrake Talisman from a body ascending the stairs toward the tower. This leads to a long Stormhill bridge covered with Giant Golems. You can choose to fight them or run through them. Killing the Giant Archers will give you a chance to gain Golem Greatbow. Before using the waygate, you can safely drop down behind the ledge to find a Soft Cotton and the Ash-of-War Scarab helm.

Interact with the waygate at the end of the bridge to reach the other side. This will take you to the front steps of the Divine Tower of Limgrave. Step to the center to activate the lift. Continue forward and there will be another Site of Grace. Contnue heading up the stairs and you'll eventually reach a site where you can Restore the power of he Great Rune. This is only available after defeating Godrick the Grafted at Stormveil Castle. You will then obtain Godrick's Great Rune.

You must have defeated Godrick, otherwise, the gate of the tower will be locked.

There is a Two Fingers on a mound of earth at the top of this tower, in the centre of eight meteorite fragments.

The door entering this divine tower faces east-northeast and the entrance to the top faces north-northwest, an angle of ninety degrees off entering the tower. The tower is covered with what appears to be molten rock on its north face.

Anyone else feel like the bridge is also a great grinding spot for runes? Each golem gives around 1000 runes, and the only other area I farmed was the giant next to the Third Church of Marika. The golems go down quite easy, and if you ever have trouble getting to the archer golem, you can guard while sprinting with a weapon and still go full speed.

I stepped on the button on the lift without noticing as i was running towards the obelisk at the end of the room and i missed the lift. What do i do? I dont see any levers near it.

There is a room near this site of grace with 4 knight statues (probably banished knights) and this room looks like an elevator, any ideas if its a lift or just a fancy room. If you look up it looks like have an "exit" if the lift goes up...

"Many players won't have this Site of Grace initially, as it requires you to have navigated the ballistae gauntlet from Stormveil Main Gate or from having navigated most of Stormveil Castle and approaching from the opposite direction."

Weeeeeeeeel, how about telling us many players how to get there then?

There's no teleporter at the end of the bridge and I defeated God whatever his name is, like wtf?

A detailed explanation as to how to make the teleporter appear would be nice?

And if I have to run all the way to some other location and need to have a certain item for it to appear then I'm going to lose my mind and just stop playing.

I killed Godrick a long time ago and I have his rune but the doors to the bridge aren't open. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Awesome guide! But you mind telling us how the hell to open the gate with a thousand arrow flying toward us?

                  • Anonymous

baiting the archer into shooting the other two golems seems to stagger them instantly, and they take a ton of crit damage.
