- Fire attacks +20% (12.5% in PVP)
- Stacks with Fire Scorpion Charm

- You can find Crystal Tears at the bases of Minor Erdtrees and elsewhere throughout the Lands Between
- At sites of grace, you can mix two crystal tears in the Flask of Wondrous Physick (This will allow you to create elixirs with various custom effects)
- Note: Patch 1.09: Effect reduced from 15% to 12.5% in PvP.

For everyone in the comment asking if it works with xyz, yes, it works. As long as whatever you're doing is fire damage it works.

Does anyone know if this crystal tear enhances the power of Rivers of Blood Corpse Piler skill? I mean Rivers of Blood has fire damage but I really don’t if its skill would benefit from this.

Damage buff seems to be 20% and stacks multiplicatively with Flame, Grant Me Strength and Golden Vow for a total multiplier of 1.656
