Missionary's Cookbook [6] is a Cookbook in Elden Ring. Cookbooks are records of crafting techniques that players can use to learn how to craft a wide variety of items.
A record of crafting techniques left by a man who, unable to become a Finger Maiden, instead became a missionary, and went forth to spread holy teachings.

Where to find Missionary's Cookbook [6]
- Volcano Manor Region; From Temple of Eiglay Site of Grace [Map Link], take the lift up and go outside, follow the path and drop down into the area with the lava and slugs. Cross the rock bridge and continue up the path until you reach a large, open area of lava, and an Abductor Virgin enemy. There are TWO openings in this area. One is a broken window in a tower near the Abductor Virgin, the other is a doorway farther to the West. Jump through the FIRST opening, through the window of the tower into a dark room, climb down the ladder near the door (not the window you just entered through), walk down the stairway to the bottom floor, and the corpse with this cookbook can be found behind a cell door.

I spent at least an hour looking for this damn cookbook, the directions here previously were very difficult to understand. I have updated the directions to hopefully help avoid the confusion for others...

Go to temple of eiglay grace, go up the elevator, take a right onto the balcony, go into the tower, go to the bottom floor, its in a cell.

I can't make changes to the page, but this is found after you beat the Godskin in the Volcanic area. Go up the elevator, and follow the path until one of the iron maiden things attacks you at the top of the hill. Jump in the window of the building it came around and go to the bottom. The cookbook is sitting in a cell you need to open after killing the enemies at the bottom.
OMG the misleading information on this cookbook item is ASTOUNDING. PLEASE READ if you want to get the item, I followed these "fine gentlemen's" info below me and the information was so lacking I was running in circles !!
First as soon as you teleport to the grace of site : Temple of Eiglay, immediately to your right (if you face the temple altar) there is a mini LIFT that will get you up the 2nd floor of the building, now go straight ahead from the lift and you will see a balcony, NOW at the edge of the balcony you'll see lotes of lava and some ground where you can jump safely, now go down and you will see a path ahead between the lava and lots of lava slugs, take the right path at the intersection where the path actually goes UP, now you'll need to jump down a bit, then you walk up a little more and come to a bigger lava place where you see a TOWER and an Iron maiden close-by, you can ignore her and JUMP trought the open window in the tower.
Now you are inside the tower and there's a closed door (that you can open only from the inside, in case you never been here before) BUT DONT go ahead through the door, INSTEAD take the ladder down near the broken wood platforms, when you reach the bottom of the tower, you'll see a closed CAGE and there's a dead soldier with the item in question :)

Okay here's where it actually is, the other descriptions are not written clearly.
From the Temple of Eiglay Grace, go through the northern doorway leading outside. There's an elevator here. Go all the way up the elevator.
Once you exit the elevator there will be a doorway on your right. Go through the doorway and down the stairs, leading into a nearby tower.
Go into the tower and look for a ladder to your right. Go down the ladder, then down the stairs and the Cookbook is inside a cell that you must open.

Volcano Manor - Temple of Eiglay Grace - Go up the Elevator and run past the Lava Slugs - At the Iron Maiden Encounter there is an open window next to the cages - Go inside and make your way down - Cookbook will be at the bottom inside of a cell.

At the encounter with the Iron Maiden there is an open window that you can jump in right where it will most likely most likely attack you at.
Hop in and just make your way down. Can't miss it.

If you've already completed Volcano Manor and have the Temple of Eigley tower elevator unlocked, you can follow the same path as Crimson Tear Scarab page to get to this cookbook much more easily. From the grace, go north and take the door on your left to go out side and take the elevator. Exiting the elevator, take an immediate right in the room with the grabby dude and follow the stairs down to a single Man-Serpent, make your way past him and go through the tower door, The ladder is on the right side of the current floor (the room is very dark, so use a lantern/torch if you can't see), just follow it down until you get to the cell with the cookbook.
