Poisonbone Arrow (Fletched) is an Arrow in Elden Ring. Poisonbone Arrow (Fletched)  is a craftable ammo that can be used to inflict ranged poison damage. It can also pierce enemies' armor. Ammunition can be used in ranged weapons such as Bows and Crossbows, so players can deal ranged damage to Enemies and Bosses.

 

Arrow whittled from animal bones. The tip is daubed with venom. Afflicts targets with poison.

Craftable item. The fletching adds distance to the arrow's flight.

      serpent arrows are better, and surprisingly viable in pvp. use a shortbow to barrage poison arrows into enemies. you can buy serpent arrows endlessly early game without killing any bosses (looking at built up twinks.)
      to compliment these, although i think its a different poison type, clumps of poison stone will help too.

          These are now taught by the Nomadic Warrior's Cookbook 3, the Deserter's Cookbooks appear to have only been a network test item.

            Remember to use a bow with the Barrage Ash of war to make inflicting the status much easier. Very useful for whittling down big enies, but keep in mind inorganic beings like the moving cat statue boss or the fire golems are immune.

              So, as some SL1 DKS3 players know, poison can easily cheese some of the strongest bosses and enemies for a patient character. If those trolls can be poisoned and then retreated from without pursuit, we have a winning strategy.
