Is the item description, "Poisonous, but may also provide the cure." that the wiki has just outright wrong, or is the current, "Dripping with a deep-green poisonous liquid." part of an update from a patch?

I haven't been able to locate any poisonbloom in the ravine outside of Murkwater Cave. Perhaps it's been changed?

one comment recommends 'south of the lookout tower grace' in weeping peninsula, but its pointless. its much more efficient, and easier to use the 'morn tunnel site of grace' its a lot closer to where the flowers that drop poison bloom are, and you only have to deal with three giant bats, if they spot you. coming from the lookout tower there are a load of demi-humans as well as a big one sleeping near the bridge and a queen in the demi-human ruins. Also, if you have the 'frenzied burst' incantation and you target-lock the large miranda flowers furthest away, then line yourself up so that the miranda closest are in front of the one you've target locked, a fully charged cast of frenzied burst will pass right through the closest one on its way to hit the second, it kills two flowers for the price of one.

someone saying landsquirts are a guaranteed drop is wrong, unless its specific landsquirts in a specific area. I've just tried with the clusters of them in lLiurnia, it would be ideal if they did drop it, it would be a very efficient way to farm the poisonbloom, just shoot a couple of poison arrows at one, then sit back and enjoy the chain reaction as they all explode one after another. But no poisonbloom dropped from any of them.

If you're gathering poisonbloom for the Poison Spraymist perfurme then you might consider taking the 'South of the Lookout Tower' grace in the Weeping Peninsula. Head west across the bridge and jump down the spirit spring. There are four miranda flowers accompanied by the smaller ones. That's a guaranteed 20 poisonbloom and 4 miranda powder. The adds are a RNG bonus if you kill all of them. As it is an early game area the flowers there have considerable less HP.

"Folly On The Lake" Site of grace, jump on the Torrent, run around the swamp, stick to the right side, 31-33 units per swamp circle run.

Go to stillwater cave in southernmost Liurnia, jump down and run all the way to the boss room collecting poisonbloom. 10 blooms respawning every minute, you'll never run out. Don't need to kill anything,
