Spared patches, went to liurnia to find him at the sight and now cant find him in any of his other locations....wat.

I spared patches at the Shaded Castle and now he is gone. Is there anyway to get his bell without doing a NG+ playthrough?

You can also get the cookbook from the husk at the roundtable if you decide to kill Patches - offer the ball bearing you get from killing Patches and the Husk will sell it for 800 Runes

If you kill Patches, dont worry. He will give you a bell, offer to the witches in Round Table thing and you can buy all items there. just kill the bastard!

its actually to fine to kill him, he will drop a bell bearing that lets you access his shop through the twin maiden husks

Notes should be updated to show that if you kill him he drops a bell bearing which can be given to the twin maiden husks to sell his items.

you can kill him and just give the bell bearing to table of lost grace
Patches isnt there when I came back. All there was the chest which transported me to the woods
