- Starting at Shaman Village head southeast and follow the path to the lower peak, from here carefully jump down the ledges until you overlook Rabbath's Rise. You can get this by going to rabbaths rise from the hinterlands in the north and dropping down onto a series of cliff ledges until you're at the lowest one near the rise, and then jumping onto the balcony on the side of the tower. Then drop down the tower until you see the bell bearing.
