- After Rogier dies, found on his body.
- Rogier can initially be found in Stormveil Castle by the altar of the Chapel in the northwest section. [Map Link] Rogier presents himself and seems pretty friendly. He tells you that he is a Sorcerer and he is looking for something in the castle. After you defeat Godrick the Grafted, Rogier moves to the Roundtable Hold.
- Rogier also acts as a Merchant, selling Ashes of War.

Cool how this is the only bell bearing that looks corrupted, akin to Rogier's fate. Likewise there is golden looking bell bearings for those close to the golden order and magic looking bell bearings for those who study magic. Seluvis' bell bearing looks a bit darker with a purple hue in comparison to other magic-looking bell bearings.

Anyone that missed this NPC and now he just sit's and groans at roundtable hold, I reloaded the area a few times and tried shooting at him with explosive greatbolts from down below the balcony. The next time I loaded the area his armor set and bell bearing were now on his corpse

i accidentally never saw him at the round table and beat the whole game and now he just sits there groaning when i try to talk to him, can I not get his bell bearing now?

Found in the round table where Rogier normally sits after he falls asleep and disappears.
I totally missed Rogier going through storm castle and I'm about to start NG+ collecting everything. I finally located Rogier on the balcony in round table hold. Unable to interact with him besides a little sickly moan. In order to get his bell-earing head over to the hidden underground area in Stormveil castle and interact with his bloodstain behind the ulcerated tree spirit boss. Then let enough time pass and the bearing is yours as well as his other goodies!
