Legendary Talismans are some of the most powerful Talismans that you can find in Elden Ring. To unlocks the Legendary Talismans trophy and achievement, you need to find all 8 Legendary Talismans available:
All Eight Legendary Talismans available in Elden Ring
Acquire all eight legendary talismans:
- Radagon Icon: Found inside a treasure chest on the second floor of the Debate Parlor Site of Grace
- Radagon’s Soreseal: Found on a corpse in Fort Faroth
- Godfrey Icon: Drops from Godefroy the Grafted in the Golden Lineage Evergaol
- Moon of Nokstella: Found in a chest underneath a massive throne in Nokstella, Eternal City
- Dragoncrest Greatshield Talisman: Found in a chest near the Drainage Channel Site of Grace.
- Marika’s Soreseal: Found on an altar in a room requiring a Stonesword Key in Elphael, Brace of the Haligtree
- Old Lord’s Talisman: Found in a chest in Crumbling Farum Azula
- Erdtree’s Favor +2: Found on a dead tree in Leyndell, Ashen Capital (endgame/post-game)

For the greatshield one I hade the normal shield, so make sure to check the name

(PS5) The trophy popped and then disappeared when picking up Erdtree Favour +2.
Went to look at the trophy once it popped, opened my notifications and there it was, clicked on it and then it was gone.
All the names are correct, (Soreseal, not scar)
Done all the tricks of dropping them all and picking up, putting them in the chest and back. Nothing seems to work. Closed the game and opened it up again and it said it had a synchronization problem with psn, but once that was resolved nothing happened. Very annoying.
I know I did a stupid, but I was impatient for a level and sold the Moon of Nokstella. Anyone know if you can still get the achievement after selling or do i need to take a detour to collect it in ng+?

The ancestral spirit horn isn’t on here but you get it from the ancestor spirits horn you get in from the ancestral dears in nokron

the problem with people not getting the achievements , you are mixing up SCARseal and SOREseal

Finally got this. Didn't notice I needed the SOREseal for both Radagon AND Marika

PC: This achievement seems to be bugged, even dropped and collected all the talismans again and still not activating, got them all on the same character during the same playthrough. It's the only achievement I have left and it won't activate. Would be nice if From would fix this and all the other frame rate issues on high end PCs they have.

(PS5) Leaving and picking up the talismans, AND putting them in and out of my chest are both not working. I still don't have the achievement...

Apparently you need to get all legendary talismans on one character. Same goes for the weapons, ashes and sorceries. You don't have to get get them all on the same NG cycle, though.

If you are doing this with the steam overlay active on your achievement listing page (to check if you got it or not), it's a webpage and requires page reload to update your earned achievements. The bottom right popup of achievement might not show if you opened overlay recently.

Here are some tips for ppl not being able to get the achievement:
-Make sure you have Radagon SORESEAL, not Radagon SCARSEAL.
-You only need Edtree's Favor +2.
-You need Dragoncrest GREATSHIELD Talisman, not the normal version.
-Drop the talismans on the ground, one by one, until the achievement pops up. Or you can put them in your chest and pick them back to your inventory, should work the same.
-Make sure the names are CORRECT.
-You only need those 8 talismans.
-Make sure Steam Overlay is active. You'll only get the achievement POP-UP with steam overlay on. Otherwise, it could already have been completed.
-Last, but not least, make sure at least your steam is online. Some games don't drop the achievement unless you have connectivity with internet. Can't say it's the same with ER, but it's just a consideration.

There was a bug my wife found, where all legendary armaments did not get the trophy. The fix was to put all weapons in the storage chest at a grace. Maybe try that with the talismans? Hopefully it works.

Dont forget to get the Erdtree's Favor +2 instead of the normal one. Might be what you are missing for the achievment

I didn't get the achievement on PC... double checked I have them all... anyone know why?
i DO HAVE ALL the talismans and yes i DO HAVE SORESEAL AND NOT SCARSEAL and yet no achievement, why????
