Best bow in the game, insane base range and rankor shot dosen't have a dmg penalty like barrage making it out dps other range weapons. Feels like a mage but with a bow.

AoW is basically barrage with homing arrows. Damage isn't great, but it's very good at quickly applying status quickly.

TBH I kinda like this bow. It is fast, low FP, low stamina. Can just shoot then run away.
Mainly use bloodbone arrow and another elemental arrow depending on what boss I am facing.

the tracking arrows are nice, but if you want the shortbow moveset without having to deal shortbow damage just use the black bow of pharris

For people saying this bow is trash... It's not about the pure damage output, if you have a decent arcane level and serpent or blood arrows, you can make quick work of most enemies. I even messed around invading some groups in Belurat and it's amazing at homing in on light rollers and applying poison or bleed, even the damage itself is nice when the shots keep connecting. I wish we could apply the weapon art to other bows, but then that would just make people create a giga OP meta bow.

Oh and also it's upgraded with regular Smithing stones, not Somber ones.

Great Bow to use in PVE, especially while exploring and wanting to clear out enemies from distance. Pair it up with Blood arrows.

You could make the coolest bow ever with a skill that summons an army of the undead to guide your shot into heaven and pierce God's heart but if it doesn't have the light bow moveset people will instantly throw it in the trash.

Hopefully the description is hinting at it potentially having a unique AoW. Bows and Crossbows really got shafted, and it be nice to see both get some love.
