For some reason this only gave me her initial spells and not the new ones she unlocks in the questline.
This page is incorrect, Sellen won't drop her bell bearing if she's killed at either Witchbane Ruins or Waypoint Ruins. The only way is to progress her quest and side with Jerren at the end. If you mess up like I did you can request absolution at the Church of Vows.
