Where to find Secret Rite Scroll in Elden Ring
- Shadow Keep, Fourth Floor: In the area where you find the opening that leads outside to get to the fifth floor, check all the bookcases, the one closer to the edge of the area, has this item. [See Shadow of the Erdtree Map]. [ Video Location]
From the site of grace: Exit outside and go towards your left. Defeat the enemy at the top of the stairs and continue on. Just before you normally would encounter the bats there will be a staircase to your left leading downward. Follow it to find the scroll on a table.

i've been linking people to this page all day to prove radahn needed to die to be miquella's lord. lot of people don't play the dang game and think that radahn must have been brainwashed to do something like help his brother with his new age. but clearly defeating him in battle and bringing him back like this was the twins' end of the vow.

You give this to Sir Ansbach for his questline, he's earlier in the storehouse.
Now this explains why Marika and Radagon are in the same body "A lord will usher in a god's return, and the lord's soul will require a vessel." as it is shown in the trailer this is how Marika rise to godhood and become one with Radagon the vessel for the Radagon's souls was Marika all along.
