Poisoned Hand is a Fist in Elden Ring. It is a brand new Fist in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. The Poisoned Hand scales primarily with Strength, and Arcane and is a good Weapon for __goodfor__.
A glove stitched together from the flayed skin of the victims of a butcherous bloodbath. Afflicts target with deadly poison. Raises attack power when poisoning occurs in the vicinity. Forged of an unyielding, black impulse toward revenge fostered in those who have had everything burned or stolen from them, these are the weapons of the utterly downtrodden.
Where to Find Poisoned Hand in Elden Ring
The Poisoned Hand weapon can be found at the following location:
- Sewer Level of the Belurat Tower Settlement in Gravesite Plain.
- There is a Horned Warrior, in the sewer level of the Belurat Tower Settlement legacy dungeon. To that area's right, there is a medium-sized building, similar to a church, and beside it, you will find the Poisoned Hand weapon. Note that the building is infested with Man-Fly. You dont even need to have the req ARC stat to gain the buff from this when poison procs

this weapon plus THE POISON FLOWER BLOOMS TWICE ash realy good

This is low-key a MONSTER of an off-hand weapon to have with Pure Arcane setups; this will allow you to have BOTH Kindred of Rot AND Lord of Blood Exultations at the same time as well as the Mushroom Crown (Or White Mask to allow heavier armor)! Once both Bleed and Poison have been procced from all four sources, you'll end up with a whopping 70% AR BONUS
Can someone compare these to Poison infused Venomous Fangs? They both seem to rival each other. Unsure if the built in buff these have make them better. Moveset seems better

It increases damage by 7.5% when poison occurs nearby. This stacks with Mushroom Crown and Rot Kindred's Exaltation for a 42% damage increase. The weapon will still provide the buff even in your offhand slot.

The poison scaling on this from Arcane is different from most weapons. Typically status scaling soft caps pretty hard at 45 arcane on weapons (30 arcane on consumables), but this not only scales poison well past that but actually gets the most from 60 to 80. At +10 and 80 Arcane it has 142 poison. The AR still soft caps at 50 and 80 like normal, however
These seem to have insane stance damage... can anyone confirm this?

Wish this was hand-to-hand so i could become that poison sekiro miniboss

The arc scaling on these really nice. One of the few weapons where arc scaling affects the standard damage. I

Just like every other innate poison weapon, you get 1 cool gimmick and an otherwise mediocre weapon. At least the passive buff will make it see some use, but this really shouldve been a hand-to-hand or have a unique r2 or something

The exultation buff works even when the fist is on your offhand. Proc'd poison while two-handing poison affinity Bloodfiend's Arm and got the ~7% AR buff.

This weapon is so fun. It is like star fist, but with a cool gimmick. I used it to kill Messmer, and he died to the poison, which was lucky because he could have killed me back.

Exultation buff appears to be 7.5%, stacks multiplicatively with talisman and mushroom
- Anonymous
Innate Exultation buff seems to be 7.5%, and stacks multiplicatively with the talisman and crown. Not quite as strong as Star Fist, even at 70 Arcane, but that's a damn high bar. Plus, the Deadly Poison is extremely easy to apply and reapply.

Does the effect stack with rot exultation and mushroom crown?
- Anonymous
This looks insane. Inbuilt rot exultation, star fist R2. You can probably stack actual rot exultation and the mushroom crown to be absolutely crazy against poison weak enemies.
- Anonymous
Tried to get these to work using talisman + mushroom helmet, but it still underperforms compared to a bleed fist build
- Anonymous
Could somebody please write a more clear description on where to get these? Or a screenshot?
- Anonymous
Nah this thing is way better than it has any right to be. starfist moveset and damage, super fast deadly poison proc with built-in Rot Exultation effect + perfect synergy with the talisman too. Crazy fast 2h R2s and amazing poise damage. Pure Arcane lookin pretty good rn

Ryuukou Yanagi cosplays incoming. Get ready for the world of Baki to enter the thunderdome
These are so objectively worse than the venomous fangs it hurts. Basically a pair of glorified talismans. At least the weapon art is apparently a cool reference for people that care about that
