PassiveLongbow is a Bow in Elden Ring. The Longbow scales primarily with Strength and Dexterity and is a good Weapon for long ranged combat.
Longbow made to fire arrows over great distances. Compared to a shortbow, arrows fired reach further and deal more damage.
To use a bow, arrows must also be equipped.
Where to Find Longbow in Elden Ring
The Longbow weapon can be found at the following location:
- Starting equipment for the Samurai Class
- Can be purchased from Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold for
1200 Runes. - Can be dropped by Skeletal Archers in catacombs or dungeons.

AnonymousFor me, the Longbow is a staple.
It was my main ranged weapon in all of the Souls games, and it is my main ranged weapon in Elden Ring.
Maybe there are better bows, but the Longbow has always served me well.

How does this compare to the other longbows with the rain of arrows AoW, also does the increased damage from upgrading a bow make each arrow in the rain of arrows cluster hit harder, or do they do the same damage from +1 to +25? I know this might be a stupid question but I am right in thinking damage done from an AoW doesn't scale yes,no?

.............i have been using this longbow......for a longtime.
Any reason this stick weights more than a longsword? Can't fit it in my ugs build and it's frustrating.

Ove made the mistake to purchase and selling it so now it's gone, done 3 runs of above mentioned catacombs.. no dice. That said you can piss thru all of the archers in a few minutes so I'll probably just grind it out.
Its daft that it's a 1 time purchase in the shop =/

Skeleton archers drop this in the Tombsward Catacombs. Had to farm them a bit to get it.

Uncommon (5%) drop from Skeleton Archers as well. Easily farmable in Deathtouched Catacombs if you want one before getting to Roundtable Hold.

This item is sold by "Twin Maiden Husks", in the next room after the library, where "Gideon Ofnir" can be found.
I am unable to shoot this bow. I have Rainbow Stone Arrows equipped in the arrows slot 1 and I see them in the left bottom corner of the screen but when I try to shoot my character just looks arround confused. I also tried Great Arrows, but it doesn't work. I play with mouse and keyboard, not sure if I have to somehow choose the arrows or something. I know I have them equipped.
