Crimson Crystal Tear is a Crystal Tear in Elden Ring. Crystal Tears can be used and mixed to enhance the effects of the Flask of Wondrous Physick.
A crystal tear formed slowly over the ages where the Erdtree's bounty falls to the ground.
Can be mixed in the Flask of Wondrous Physick.
The resulting concoction restores half of one's maximum HP.

- At sites of grace, you can mix two crystal tears in the Flask of Wondrous Physick (This will allow you to create elixirs with various custom effects)
AnonymousDouble crimson crystal tear is the comfiest physick when you can't decide what combination to run or just can't be bothered. Can't go wrong with a refilling divine blessing.
Largely overlooked because when you get this early-game your normal flasks heal your whole health bar, but come end-game when you health takes 2-3 flasks to restore fully, this comes in handy in certain situations.
There is an instant during the animation for drinking a Wondrous Flask where the Physick takes effect, but you are still in the drinking animation. If you are attacked mid-drink but the hit connects after the Physick has taken effect (not before) it won't cancel out - with 2x Crimson Crystal Tear this can save your life, because you will be healed all the way to 100% as soon as the healing begins, whereas with normal healing flasks the healing will stop when you get hit. Very useful during bossfights when your hp is low as an "oh-sh*t" button.
Hot take: If Crimsonburst and Crimson Bubbletear are ok for duels then so should these.

This combined with Crimsonburst Crystal Tear got me through the whole game. I didn't need buffs but knowing that you have a efficient last resort HP potion when you run out on a long journey means a lot.

They are actually two, and their icons are kind of mirrored. So you can put both on a flask and it will give you 100% HP

Wait, can Mimic Tear use the flask? If so, stack two of these and they can heal that MASSIVE health bar??? I need to test this!

tested it and with both crimson crystal tears you do get a 100% heal. pog

Can you stack both to make a full heal potion, for tanky builds that don't get quite as much from the Flask as others?
