Flask of Wondrous Physick is a Consumable Item in Elden Ring. This special flask can be customized using Crystal Tears to produce significant effects, but is only usable once per rest. Golden Seed and Sacred Tear have no effect on this flask's uses.
A relic of the physick chemists, priests of the Erdtree.
Harnesses the powers of crystal tears, which only form after the passage of many moons.
Various special effects are bestowed upon the drinker, dependent on the specific mixture of crystal tears.
Rest at a site of grace to replenish.
Basins are placed at the feet of Minor Erdtrees throughout the Lands Between in order to collect their crystallized tears.

Fight carrier, gimmick enabler, forbidden gatorade. whatever you call it, this mechanic is goated

This mechanic is so cool. I hope we get more cool tears in the DLC.

I believe the second way to acquire the flask is to defeat Rennala, as I just defeated her, and upon entering the roundtable hold I got the message “new items available to purchase from the twin maiden husks” which was the flask.

If we don't count that 1 out of 10 case when it glitches out in the middle of an invasion and I absolutely don't get anything but a 3 sec slurpy animation, this is an awesome addition to the game.

Your own unlimited pocket buff, personalized specifically for you, no mana consumption, the perfect juice..

part of me wishes there was a 3rd physick slot you could unlock, just like talisman slots, but i know there would be some absolutely diabolical combinations

The effects lasts exactly 3 minutes. I drank the potion and counted with a chronometer. I don't know if it changes depending on the mixtures used

Theres 29 in the game yet theres 40 slots …. Im hoping the have a dlc or 2 to utilize the other 11 slots. That an maybe allow u to put up to 3 in at a time

I dont mind heal near death that much, but absorption or poise flask straight up breaks pvp and thats the reason i think it shouldnt be allowed in pvp arenas once they'll come with dlc

Guide for what creative flasks you can make! Step 1: Opaline Bubbletear. Step 2: Knot or Shrouding tear.

On my first playthrough I played like 60 hours of the game before finding this and I was so upset

What is the exact uptime of the buffs you can apply with this?
- Anonymous
- Anonymous
useless, lasts for short time, bad for fighting bosses, especially bosses that have two phase, im just gonna use this like an estus flask, a "Great Flask of Crimson Tears"
- Anonymous
Using the flask without any tears gives the gold fowl foot effect of more runes
- Anonymous
I haven't used mine yet. My question is when I use it and then want to switch tears do they go back to my inventory so I can use them again later or are they gone once used?
- Anonymous
This can be bought from the Twin Husk maidens after defeating two shard bearers for 500 runes.
- Anonymous
If you choke halfway through drinking it does it still give one of the benefits?
- Anonymous
There are so many tears i wish we could combine 3 or 4 in one flask, or get another flask where we can mix two more, but not the ones which we already used.
- Anonymous
just noticed that at the top of the flask, theres a stopper/cap that seems to resemble the giant hammer that erdtree guys use to bash you with.
- Anonymous
I have a feeling that in future DLC we might get a second one of these

Imagine being okay with a free Tears of Denial with no stat requirement in pvp

Was able to buy it from twin husks after getting my second great rune

I could buy the flask at the twin hust maidens with the latest patch, for 500 runes.
Is it only ever two tears? I swear I've seen summons drink it and have three effects come out.

If you through this at the enemies will it buff the enemies?

Is this like regular flasks where the use doesn't reset until you rest at a grace point?

The Dexterity Knot Crystal Tear, i can only use it one time or i can craft more flasks like this one with the Dex ability?
Plz someone help me. Thanks!!

Always carrying around a twiggy crystal in mine, drink it before anything risky, a spooky jump? a boss you don't know what to expect from?
No biggie, no corpse runs, no rune loss for 3 minutes.
Left your runes in a boss room you can't beat because you wandered into a high level area? Drink the twig potion, run in, grab your runes, and let the boss end you, you'll respawn with all your runes freed from the boss room.
I like how you can chug a vial with no tears in it, literally just a Sunny D at that point

You are missing windy tear. I wish I knew where I got it from but I just have it
- Anonymous
Can you acquire more than one flask? Like if I got to NG+, does that mean I could have two with different effects?
So, you can boost max HP and Stamina but not FP? And yes, I know about Cerulean HT. But it's super situational...
So my big question here is (still haven’t beat the game yet, mostly helping people) but if I get to an NG+ can it be stacked?

This thing lowers your defence when active. Just realized it after almost done with the game. Be cautious

Stat boosting Wondrous Physick flask + Stat Rings make SL1 runs far more customizable this time around. Praise the Sun!
TIP: Start with Ashes keepsake for 2 potent bleeding gremlins to go with this. Find a bleed weapon and ashes or buff.

Page isn't up for Stonebarb Cracked Tear as of posting this comment, but it lasts 30 seconds
- Anonymous
This page is missing the Cerulean Hidden Tear, which eliminates all FP consumption. It is acquired by defeating the Ulcerated Tree Sprit east of the Road of Iniquity grace, under the minor Erdtree.

There is also an Intelligence-Knot crystal tear. Boosts intelligence by a few levels.

The buff lasts 3 minutes (!!!). I drank it with Str+ and Damage Resist and started a stopwatch. Not sure if attacking or being hit will use them up faster because I just stood at the bonfire.
- Anonymous
You can't really "mix" them. You just pick two buffs you like.
Lasts 10mins.
- Anonymous
Can you have more the two crystals in the flask? Or is it always two?

What i want to know is if you can get multiple of these. Even if they have the same effect being able to self destruct 5 or so times could be pretty fun.

This very much plays into the "Magnum Opus" theory and the alchemical nature of Elden Ring.

Flask Of Wondrous Laxative (ignoring the general medicine part of the words meaning because it sounds funnier, especially considering it initially blows you up)
Looks like some of the info here is wrong. If you buy it from the twin maidens first, the item will not also be found in the church. You also will not get the info item card. I noticed that I didn't have the info item when doing my first game cycle checklist
