The flask seems to appear in the twin maiden’s shop after you kill any two shardbearers. I killed Godrick and then checked but it wasn’t there. Then I went to Liurnia and checked, this made the Spirit Calling Bell show up but not the flask. Then I went and killed Rennala and now the flask showed up in the shop, alongside the crafting kit and the Whetstone Knife. Technically this requires further testing because it may be that killing Rennala specifically is what makes it move to the shop, or perhaps any shardbearer other than Godrick, but someone in a comment below says that it showed up before killing her. My wild guess is they killed Godrick and Radahn or something. It’s prooobably any 2 shardbearers that triggers it.

I like the idea, but I never know which tears to use. The effects are either miniscule, too short or niche to the point where it feels like they'd make me play worse. If you don't use an elemental attack type, the latter is especially true of damage-enhancing effects. For example, there's a tear that boosts your charged attacks. But what if the boss moves too fast for them? In that case, the stat boost would just incentivize me to play unintelligently.

I don't understand why this doesn't get restored when you kill the invader.

I've never seen any invaders start a fight without first drinking this but the host only has to use it once, choosing just one invader.

Looks like some of the info here is wrong. If you buy it from the twin maidens first, the item will not also be found in the church. You also will not get the info item card. I noticed that I didn't have the info item when doing my first game cycle checklist

I believe the second way to acquire the flask is to defeat Rennala, as I just defeated her, and upon entering the roundtable hold I got the message “new items available to purchase from the twin maiden husks” which was the flask.

If we don't count that 1 out of 10 case when it glitches out in the middle of an invasion and I absolutely don't get anything but a 3 sec slurpy animation, this is an awesome addition to the game.

part of me wishes there was a 3rd physick slot you could unlock, just like talisman slots, but i know there would be some absolutely diabolical combinations

The effects lasts exactly 3 minutes. I drank the potion and counted with a chronometer. I don't know if it changes depending on the mixtures used

Theres 29 in the game yet theres 40 slots …. Im hoping the have a dlc or 2 to utilize the other 11 slots. That an maybe allow u to put up to 3 in at a time

I dont mind heal near death that much, but absorption or poise flask straight up breaks pvp and thats the reason i think it shouldnt be allowed in pvp arenas once they'll come with dlc

useless, lasts for short time, bad for fighting bosses, especially bosses that have two phase, im just gonna use this like an estus flask, a "Great Flask of Crimson Tears"

I haven't used mine yet. My question is when I use it and then want to switch tears do they go back to my inventory so I can use them again later or are they gone once used?

There are so many tears i wish we could combine 3 or 4 in one flask, or get another flask where we can mix two more, but not the ones which we already used.

just noticed that at the top of the flask, theres a stopper/cap that seems to resemble the giant hammer that erdtree guys use to bash you with.

The Dexterity Knot Crystal Tear, i can only use it one time or i can craft more flasks like this one with the Dex ability?
                                    Plz someone help me. Thanks!!

Always carrying around a twiggy crystal in mine, drink it before anything risky, a spooky jump? a boss you don't know what to expect from?
No biggie, no corpse runs, no rune loss for 3 minutes.
Left your runes in a boss room you can't beat because you wandered into a high level area? Drink the twig potion, run in, grab your runes, and let the boss end you, you'll respawn with all your runes freed from the boss room.

Can you acquire more than one flask? Like if I got to NG+, does that mean I could have two with different effects?

This thing lowers your defence when active. Just realized it after almost done with the game. Be cautious

Stat boosting Wondrous Physick flask + Stat Rings make SL1 runs far more customizable this time around. Praise the Sun!

TIP: Start with Ashes keepsake for 2 potent bleeding gremlins to go with this. Find a bleed weapon and ashes or buff.

This page is missing the Cerulean Hidden Tear, which eliminates all FP consumption. It is acquired by defeating the Ulcerated Tree Sprit east of the Road of Iniquity grace, under the minor Erdtree.

The buff lasts 3 minutes (!!!). I drank it with Str+ and Damage Resist and started a stopwatch. Not sure if attacking or being hit will use them up faster because I just stood at the bonfire.

What i want to know is if you can get multiple of these. Even if they have the same effect being able to self destruct 5 or so times could be pretty fun.

This very much plays into the "Magnum Opus" theory and the alchemical nature of Elden Ring.
