AnonymousAt level 153 you have 133 lightning defence, assuming no armour so your negation is 0%, that 110 lightning damage will only add 32 damage in PvP. And this is the best one out of the elemental greases unless you have Treespear or clayman's harpoon where holy and magic grease respectively will actually do something for PvP. Better off using rot greases for damage.
