So does this pot soak enemies and lowers their lighting damage negation, as if am standing in water?

On a faith build, this can 2-shot a death bird if aimed at the head.

If you hit someone with this it should make lightning attacks do more damage to them just like the oil pots boost fire attacks.
It might be holy but it is also water.

Say hello to the Holy Grenade and adios to Death Birds and Skeletons for a while
Oneshots all skellies until Altus and makes short work of cemetery shades and tibia mariners. It's situational but it works astoundingly well in that situation.

Using this as the egirl bathwater in my Belle Delphine build.

obviously good against those who live in death, but aside from that it's one of the worst pots. takes fp, has no unique utility that aids in landing the damage like volcano/lightning pots, and barely outdamages them anyway (vs. neutral defenses)

A throwing item that does Holy damage? Well, obligatory Monty Python reference time! It's the Holy Hand Grenade!

Absurdly powerful to the point of making the Fundamentalist incantations obsolete as long as you carry around the readily available materials. At roughly 20 faith, a single pot does around 1,500 damage to the Limgrave deathbird on headshot and around 1,000 to the body. You can kill them outright with three hits, and it only gets stronger as you pump faith. The average faith build will be armed to the teeth for fighting everything else (fireballs, lightning, beastrocks) so on the rare occasion that you need to delete an undead don't bother with points in intelligence, just chuck one of these at em.

why does this have to consume fp to throw...i want to do a consumables only as my second run but if too many require fp its not going to be possible.
Throw at death right to one shot
