Capital Outskirts is a Location in Elden Ring. The Capital Outskirts sub-region lies in the Eastern area of the Altus Plateau and is the region just outside Leyndell, Royal Capital but still within the capital's outer walls. It also covers the bridges located between the lift southeast of East Capital Rampart and Forbidden Lands (this part of Capital Outskirts is initially sealed by Morgott, the Omen King and will be unlocked after defeating him).
Beware of Skeletons rising from their graves and rocks flying out of the capital toward the battlegrounds when exploring the area.

In the outskirts area, there's an albinauric dude standing all by himself south of the outer wall battleground grace site. When getting close, he'll transform into a Margitt lookalike and Margitt will chime in and say a couple lines. Not really a full boss, but considering how Margitt tells you the Fell Omen will hunt you down or somesuch, it makes me wonder how many more of these kinds of enemies are out there.

Which KIngdom tried to invade Leyndell? I see different flag on the outer wall but can't distinguish it which one it resembles on past area we've been through.

There seems to be a wrongly used icon where on the interactive map, before forbidden lands site of grace, there is no site of grace called "Capital Outskirts" on the path there (-102.55:235.25) but it is placed beside "Golden Greatshield"

Go to the Avenue Balcony site of grace in the Capitol, then take a left up the stairs and another left down the long street until you reach the large set of doors. Open them and continue through that path and you will reach the capitol outskirts which border the next region.

There's a small enemy camp west-northwest of the Minor Erdtree Church (and almost due west of the Sealed tunnel) where a Lesser Ulcerated Tree Spirit spawns (bursts out of the ground attacking the three foot soldiers).
There's a Carriage in that camp where the chest can be opened, but it is empty, does anybody know if this is a bug or what?
