Highway Lookout Tower Walkthrough

The hill leading up to the tower is crawling with spectral variants of Noble Sorcerers and Godrick Soldiers while a Twinsage Sorcerer sits at the top floor, sniping anyone who dares trespass with glintstone projectiles. It is highly recommended that you ride past the spectral enemies and just enter the tower immediately. Otherwise, the sorcerer will just keep taking pot shots at you as you try to defeat the enemies. You can return for them later after taking the sorcerer out.

Climb up the ladder and loot the chest for a Glintstone Craftsman's Cookbook (3). Head up two more ladders and you can kill the sorcerer. Loot the corpse next to him for a Carian Glintblade Staff.
