Boilprawn Shack is a Location in Elden Ring. The Boilprawn Shack is found in Liurnia of the Lakes. You can reach it by travelling southwest from the Academy Gate Town Site of Grace. You can rest at the Site of Grace found on the west side of the building.
This is the initial location of the NPC Blackguard Big Boggart and also a mandatory location for Rya's questline.

Boilprawn Shack Walkthrough
This location is needed for Rya's questline. After speaking with Rya (Elden Ring Map link), you will get a quest to receive this stolen necklace.
Speak to Blackguard to haggle Rya's Necklace and to be able to purchase Boiled Prawn and Boiled Crab from him. Continue speaking to him to eventually obtain a new Gesture: Spread Out.
An alternative to paying 1000 runes for the necklace is to kill him, but it is unnecessary.

Boilprawn Shack = a shack where prawns are boiled. Doesn't get any more straightforward than that.
Apparently this is a popular place for people who aren't good enough for the arena and instead decide to tryhard in the open world, where there's no discernable walls, a likely level advantage over the invader, rune-arced, double the flasks, as well as the ability to call the blues
