Forsaken Ruins Walkthrough
Around the destroyed structures, you can find items such as Faded Erdleaf Flower, Trina's Lily, Golden Rune [5], and Smithing Stone [4]. Be careful here since there are two Giant Crow enemies guarding this location.
Once you've cleared the area, look on the western portion of the ruins to find an Imp Statue here that you can use a Stonesword Key to dispel the fog of the cellar. Beyond the white fog is a treasure chest containing x1 Sword of St. Trina.

*This* is where the Sword of St. Trina is? Geez, I avoided it like the Rot before 'cause of ol' Big Bird, guess I gotta head back for a grand heist... by which I mean run in, yoink the sword and run like there's a dancing waterfowl on my ass.
Stand on balcony, kill birbs with Loretta’s great bow, profit.
