Academy Gate Town is a Location in Elden Ring. The Academy Gate Town is found in Liurnia of the Lakes. Players can get to the Academy Gate Town through multiple avenues, the half-submerged town can be seen from many angles around the lake. The Gate Town Bridge Site of Grace to the south east is close to and leads directly into the Academy Gate Town.

Academy Gate Town Walkthrough
Many enemies can be found lurking between the half-submerged buildings of what remains of the Academy Gate Town. The roofs and parts of many buildings stick out from the lake, giving players raised surfaces to use as vantage points or use as height advantage against the surrounding enemies. Though this area takes up quite a large portion of the map, there are few points of interest located here. At one point players may come across Diallos and interact with him while he mourns over Lanya at this location. [Elden Ring Map Link] Palm Reader Can be found at the edge of the broken bridge that leads to the Raya Lucaria Academy.

- Ash of War: Charge Forth is dropped by a Teardrop Scarab that is attached to a ceiling under some Land Squirts. Elden Ring Map Link.
- Glintstone Craftman's Cookbook [4] can be found in this location. From the Academy Gate Town Site of Grace, head northwest and look for a sunken church building with enemies on the roof. The chest is located inside a tower that you can jump inside open the chest to obtain the cookbook. Elden Ring Interactive Map Here.
- Golden Seed can be found on the ground next to a glowing sapling. Elden Ring Map Link.
- Smithing Stone (1) can be looted off a corpse. The corpse is resting against a wall. Elden Ring Map Link

AnonymousThere is a somber smithing stone (2) scarab in the NE of the town, chilling next to a sunken roof.

Found a crazy OP boss here, named Death Bird or something similar. Has wide area frost breath attacks and can knock you off your horse easily at huge range. Comes flying out of the sky, I think at night, not sure where exactly, but I think around Gate Town North (v1.04). He disappeared after a few tries, probably because it was morning by then.

How do you get on top of that building next to the bonfire by the map? I’ve seen hosts hang out up there with impunity, farming souls from the invaders who join and are forced to leave because they can’t find a way up.

Found ash of war: charge forth under the bridge where a bunch of land squirts have congregated. The scarab is flying above them. I couldn't lock onto it, had to snipe it manually.
