Lunar Estate Ruins Walkthrough
The Lunar Estate Ruins is home to Wraith Callers and Revenants, and conceals a few secrets.
Far in the eastern section, there is a cellar hidden behind an illusory wall in the dilapidated building. Look for the usual rectangular shape on the ground, then roll onto it to dispel the illusion. Beware, because a Revenant spawns in an adjacent room. The chest below contains Smithing Stone (8) x3.
Head towards the central section of the ruins and you will face another Revenant. Search the ruined buildings for a corpse containing a Golden Rune (10). There is another corpse nearby where you can loot Glintstone Firefly x 5. Three Wraith Callers will spawn in as you approach the body.
Finally, check the buildings north from where you are and look for an Imp Statue by a wall. To its right is an illusory floor leading to another cellar. Dispel the floor and then insert a Stonesword Key into the statue to unlock the seal. Another Wraith Caller will spawn as you do. Inside the cellar is a chest containing the upgraded Cerulean Amber Medallion +2

I hate the revenants, they're a proper c**t of a boss and the lesser mob version is just as bad as the boss type. I cheese or kill them at range if I cant avoid them ever since my first taste of getting poisoned then stun lock slapped to death trying to get the frozen needle from kingsrealm ruins early on in my playthrough when I didn't have the heal incantation. Two of them just spawned here and I wasn't expecting it, they are the lesser but from the crowns both wore they were royal revenants. I saw something interesting I've never thought to try against them before though and it worked very well on both.
One of them spawns near the imp statue door for the cerulean amber medallion +2 and it's the more awkward of the two because of the wraith callers that spawn. It was worth sneaking around to make them spawn to kill them so they couldn't interfere with me killing the revenant, the second one spawns a good distance further east and it's alone. Everything about these things is always holy damage, how heal or great heal wrecks those encountered earliest, but with faithful's canvas talisman, two fingers heirloom and ritual sword talisman equipped and with golden vow cast before I got too close to it a full charged cast of WoG did just over eight hundred damage and didn't make any significant difference to its target locked health bar. With the same set up a full charged cast of WoG does just over twenty one hundred damage to the red roided out albinaurics at blood-filled lake so something is off with that, I don't know how much damage lords heal would have done with that loadout, I didn't have it in a memory slot but I did have ekzykes's decay.
When I'd lost agro and got close enough behind it again, with the same talismans and golden vow cast I hit it with ekzykes's decay, I can cast it three times fully charged with a full FP bar but I hit it with two full charged casts before making a quick getaway on torrent. Those two charged casts shredded each revenant much faster than any hit and run tactics with golden arrows or holy water pots and totally outclassed the holy damage done by WoG.
There is a caveat to this though, getting the ekzykes's decay incantation in the first place wasn't easy. Decaying Ekzykes is the dragon I've died to most by a long way, even Lansseax didn't get anywhere near killing me as many times as Ekzykes did, and that f**ker Mohg the Omen at the cathedral of the forsaken is the only boss I've died more to in total. I only persevered because of how badly I wanted the superior rotten breath incantation killing it unlocks at the dragon communion, if rotten breath works just as well its much easier to unlock.

'There are no Bosses at this location'
A dragon spawns and sends me to hell lol

I'm a hybrid blade/sorcerer. After spending 1 1/2 hours banging my head against the wall, what finally worked for me was Torrent plus some type of homing spelling like Magic Glintbade. Both revenants got me a couple times--but it was far easier. Between their poison and caffeine-addict attacks, there was just no way a non tank can handle those guys on the ground, IMO

What are these cocaine addicted creatures here. Harder then all bosses combined

The creature here is ridiculous and just entirely bypasses my shield with attacks constantly.

There are 2 invisible cellars here.
1. Needs 2 stone keys for imp statue - cellar has Cerulean Amber Medallion +2
2. No keys needed - cellar has smiting stone 8 x3

The Cerulean Amber Medallion +2 is located directly south of the church near an imp statue

There's 3x smithing stone 8s in a illusory wall cellar in the southeast

You cannot reach these ruins by heading south from the albinauric village as the ruins are on the plateau far above the village. *SPOILER AHEAD SPOILER AHEAD* you can only reach this plateau by following Ranni’s questline, and will require you to go underground through the Ainsel River to reach a well which brings you up to the plateau. Ranni’s questline is mandatory for reaching the plateau as you can only break the seal leading to the well with an item obtained from a box in raya lucaria, which Ranni has the key to. Just in case anyone was looking at this page and wondering! Lol
