Demi-Human Forest Ruins Walkthrough
The ruins can be found just west of Earthbore Cave. As you reach the ruins, you'll encounter a couple of Demi-humans in the area, and in the middle of the ruins, a Demi-Human Queen is located. Defeating the Demi-Human Queen will drop the Demi-Human Queen's Staff as well as the Crystal Burst.
There's also a corpse in the middle of the area holding an Arteria Leaf. In the cellar area of the ruins, before the main building before you encounter the Demi-Human Queen mini boss, jump over a wall to access the stairs to the cellar and find the Shield of the Guilty.
Outside north of the ruins by the cliff, there's an area where you'll see three Poison Flowers and an item in the middle. The item in the middle is a Faith-knot Crystal Tear.

AnonymousThere's also a body next to to the room where the cellar stairs are - South & East of it, behind the small tree - off in a corner. It gives the Guardian Garb.

Has any one found out if there is something to do with the non agressive demi-human who stays just behind the southern wall outside of the room with the Queen?

There's another item in this area which is in an hidden underground path. It's a small shield called "Shield of the Guilty" that deals 50 Blood Lost effect when using its Shield Bash ability. To reach this hidden underground path, you can either use Torrent to double jump over one side of the walls that is slightly broken above or find the hidden door frame (hole in the wall) through some vines and branches. The hidden door frame can be noticed with the light of the torches (yellow-orange-ish) you see through the vines. This hidden area is right next to the bigger half-human that is sleeping (NOT the optional boss in the area) where you can notice one cube-like part of the ruins being taller than the rest of the destroyed ruins walls.

there is a chest underground contains Shield of the Guilty to access u must use torrent to jump a wall south of the demi-queen

Yes there is a spirit monument, and the other thing other from the staff was Arteria Leaf

I don't see any item in the middle of the poisons flowers. The Faith-knot Crystal Tear is nowhere to be found
