I recieved 7 hp worth of damage from a Spring hare - controller vibration and all; it happened to jump from a righ rock (Leyndell outskirts, by the chirch w the guardians) and I ran straight into its jump - *bonk*
It did not take any damage, so it came out of the encounter victorious.

Reiterating the comment about the quote, "A species unique to The Lands Between, ever fleeing from danger and confrontation." - where does this alleged quote come from? If it's just some **** someone made up, it shouldn't be included on the wiki as if it were official lore.

i was wondering, where do these description quotes come from for creatures and enemies? are they just made up or are they somewhere in the game?

believe it or not, it can bite. It always runs away, but one time I cornered it to a cliff, and instead of jumping down, it bit my character. Low dmg tho. Wasnt really a savage combo, just like a peck that didnt really stagger.

Should call it a Jerboa, Springhare, Rabbiroo, or Kangarat. Rabbitgaroo can't be taken seriously for it has one syllable too many and it's way too scrawny to be a Wallaby.

This is a real animal; a springhare from Africa. Looks like a rabbit but is actually a rodent.
I got a Miquella's Lily to drop from a springhare. On the left of the outside wall before you enter Leyndell before the Hermit Merchant and Outer Wall Battleground site of grace. I killed it right next to the Crystal Bud that is directly to the left of the big square icon right above the merchants shack. Picked up the Crystal Bug and Lily at the same time. Do rabbit's just have an extremely low chance to drop them in general or only because I'm right near Leyndell?
