Lesser Dragonkin Soldier (Spirit) Notes & Tips
- They do huge damage and offer no reward, and they disappear if the player gets out of range. However, they have a range that will catch players off guard, and are very hard to see against the white landscape of the Consecrated Snowfield, so it might be safer to dispatch them from around their legs, like how melee builds usually handle Trolls.
- They are immune to all status effects.
- Like Inaba (Spirit) and Giant Skeleton (Spirit), they drop no Runes upon death.
- Like Giant Skeletons encountered in the cemeteries of the Mountaintops of the Giants, they have no summoner to defeat.

Maybe these guys have something to do with Miyazaki's "one secret nobody has discovered".

But those Giant Skeletons encountered in the cemeteries of the Mountaintops of the Giants do have a summoner to defeat. Kill the tibia mariner who’s hiding downhill and around the corner from them and they don’t come anymore.

Just don't. Lost 290k runes because two spawned on top of me camping my corpse while on horse at full speed. These are the real end game boss.

when i was happy after killing the two giants in front of the temple with stonekey in Yelough ruins and die move the cam and get a nice scare. Once upon a playtime this was a boss more than once now just a field mob. The fate of a looser who mobs me then :D

I think one of the most important rules for an open world game is 'do not punish the player for exploring'. There should always be SOMETHING, even if it's just a nice view or a breather. The notion of an area that looks bland and ugly, contains no items, and instantly kills the player with very little warning via an infinitely respawning parade of giants who attack 2-3 at a time and drop nothing is, uh...
About as hard as you could possibly **** up game design.

In case you want to get frustrated, and have nothing to show for success.

One spawned on me right after I'd killed the Night Cavalry duo. Had no idea what this huge ghost was but didn't want to risk the runs from the boss fight and ran away... seems like it was just the thing to do. Also seems like, to this day, no one has figured out why these ghosts spawn and how to stop it?

I've "killed" them multiple times before, they don't seemingly die they just disappear earlier for a while and then attack you again

Are these guys killable without some crazy damage attack? Every time I smack em they teleport away like Mausoleum Soldiers but they are fully healed.
This is so stupid. Random ass enemy which was an earlier boss, in a random ass location. Lol
