btw you should mention that if you progress yura’s quest line to the point that shabriri inhibits his body. you seemingly can’t get this guy to invade you. making it a potential point of failure

by the time yura gets into the battle i nerijus got already rekt

Yura spawns as I’m falling dead almost every time. What an asshat.

The amount of damage his weapon art does is absolutely insane compared to the Reduvia we use.

If you are having trouble with him, chucking a throwing knife as soon as he is in range will almost always hit him because he rolls too soon. This helps speed up Yura's summoning. Just keep kiting him back to get closer to where Yura shows up.

So he just randomly returned to his world for me. anybody else have this occur?

Yura sure does take his sweet time getting to you. He's a pretty incompetent fighter, too. He will let Nerijus heal right in front of him with no attempt to interrupt it. If you let the two of them duel, Yura will pretty much always lose due to the bleed effect. If you're doing this at low levels (I came straight from the tutorial) you pretty much can't get hit more than once or you'll die. This means you'll have to dodge Nerijus quite a lot before Yura shows up. In my testing, Yura won't come until you've either hit Nerijus or he has hit you. At low levels, the fight is a little rough, but doable if you're wanting to start the game with a dagger build asap.

Took the fifth time to beat the bastard, had to run around until Yura came close enough to grab aggro and was then able to get enough quick strikes in. Dude is way too fast to follow, good thing I was over leveled by time I got around to facing him (25 vigor).

I let him fight Yura 10 times out of curiosity. Yura lost all 10 times.

This guy's dagger is my favorite weapon and I want to do a full Nerijus set but I can't remember what his armor was and theres no info here on what he's wearing. What is his armor set called? Is it available?

If you are having trouble with Nerijus, you can kinda cheese the fight.
There are some nearby trees in front of the cave, they completely block his ranged attack if you het behind them, which means you only have to dodge the melee till Yura shows up making the fight way easier

I got invaded and killed Nejirus before ever talking to Yura, then talked to Yura before killing Agheel. After killing Agheel, now I can't find Yura. Is there anyway to continue Yura's questline?

Couldn't find this in the comments, but if you're a mage like me, these bloody guys will jump over some of your spells. Took me an hour to swap to another spell that he couldn't jump over.

Yura will only spawn once actual combat is initiated. To trigger him faster you need to shoot Narijus with an Arrow and that will count as combat. Yura will spawn in and rush to your help. You can just shoot an Arrow run to Yura's Spawn point and kill him with his help. (If Yura dies to Narijus here, he will be gone from the game and his other quests can't be completed)

He drops 1294 runes in Journey 2, if that info is useful somehow

He never invaded for me and I found the katana that Yura gives you if he dies ahead of where you are supposed to meet him after the fight

If you run to the bridge and return after he disappears, you can activate the Murkwater Cave site of grace and fight him again after you rest there.
- Anonymous
If you run too far back to the bridge he just disappears and you get nothing.
do you need an item to have him spawn or will he invade regardless, akin to that one obligatory character invasion in ds3's ariandel?

If you sprint toward Nerijus as he's spawning instead of hanging back and letting him come to you, Yura will spawn much closer and behind where Nerijus spawns (sort of closer to where he'll be located in the cave ahead after Nerijus is defeated). That way he joins the fight much quicker and can be used as a decoy instead of having to hold Nerijus off until he joins in.
Or run in with a two-handed +3 Heavy Greatsword (or Greataxe) jump attack and take him out in a few seconds if your build allows.
