The spirit of four (4) Oracle Envoys can be summoned for aid in battle by using the Oracle Envoy Ashes.
Monstrous band of musicians who employ sacred arts. It is said that when Oracle Envoys appear playing their pipes, they do so to herald the arrival of a new god, or age.

Oracle Envoy Combat information
Wherever two numbers are listed, the first is the value for the Oracle Envoys in Leyndell, the second is for the ones in Haligtree.
- Health: 626, 1217 HP
- Poise: 30
Absorptions
- Phy (Standard): -10
- Phy (Slash): -10
- Phy (Strike): 10
- Phy (Pierce): -10
The absorption numbers are the % of your damage that gets blocked. For example, if an absorption is 60, 40% of that damage by that type will go through and 60% is absorbed. Bigger number = less damage. An absorption of 100 means no damage goes through, and a resistance of -100 mean the enemy takes 2x damage from that source. 0 means damage goes pretty much as is.
Resistances
-
Poison: 335, 400
-
Scarlet Rot: 335, 218
-
Hemorrhage: 183, 218
-
Frostbite: 244, 291
-
Sleep: 244, 291
-
Madness: Immune
Death Blight: Immune
The resistance numbers are the buildup amount to trigger it. For example, if a resistance is 100 you must deal 100 points of whatever aux buildup to trigger it. Note that these go down over time, and increase each time the effect procs.
Oracle Envoy Notes & Tips

I'm starting to think I suffer from Hyperacusis, cause am I the only one who find the high pitched sound they make painful?
Like nails on a chalkboard painful. Any time I am i'm in an area that has them, I need to take my headphones off till they are all dead.

Their lack of blood and connection to the Haligtree makes me think they are connected to Miquella. The description of the envoy horn states it may not be time to sound the horn, perhaps the horns are meant to be sounded when Miquella reaches God hood.
The description of their headpiece implies they are filled with many people or souls.
I must also point out that their arms, especially the large one's arms, look identical to Miquella's sticking out of the Moghwyn caccoon.

Saw these guys play with Coltrane at the Vanguard back in ‘63. They were red hot that night!

Ok, previous comment wasn't allowed to be posted. Try again:
A pillowcase of marshmallow cream playing gold plated plumbing tuned to a minor 2nd interval. Or the shade of the schmoo in it's burial shroud.
Either way, childhood memories aren't as pleasant. The white powder is another awkward subject.

Their new name going forward is going to be the "scoot and doots", okay guys?

Just from looking at their color and design, I think these things might be similar to the snail people from Bloodborne.

Wtf even are these things? They drop white flesh so are they…related to sea creatures? Like the crabs, lobsters and land octopi?

I've gotten 9 strips of white flesh and no horn, I am going to cry
These things are a ***** to farm

A giant sentient bowling pin in a comical toilet paper turban, dooting explosive soap bubbles out of a golden kazoo. These enemy designs feel more and more like madlibs every day.

I hate the big one at the Haligtree! I shot 99 poison arrows at it, it’s got a wee baby sliver of health and NONE of the the other arrows (regular, great, great holy, small holy) work?! That’s some dung right there.

Internal AI names "MoonServant_noppo" and "MoonServant_tibi" confirm the lore point that the new god or age referred to in their description is indeed Ranni's.

Albinaurics? leyndell people said "impure but they slam on their horns"

I would prefer if they did no damage at all and the "magic bubbles" only stun-locked you in place for 15 seconds, forcing you to listen to some annoying trumpet solo.

Anyone notice that the drop 440 runes (w scarab) and sometimes drop 2204! Trying to figure out what makes them drop the 2k or is it really random?

I find it hilarious how they play along with leyndell's OST and give this godly vibe, and all of a sudden as you approach the big one, cheap sax midi stuck on C note lol
Under resistances, the chart has me questioning whether it's been written correctly.
This is how it's written:
RESISTANCES
Poison: 335, 400
Scarlet Rot: 335, 218
Hemorrhage: 183, 218
Frostbite: 244, 291
Sleep: 244, 291
Madness: Immune
Death Blight: Immune
But it seems that this version would make more sense:
RESISTANCES
Poison: 335 - 400
Scarlet Rot: 335 - 218
Hemorrhage: 183 - 218
Frostbite: 244 - 291
Sleep: 244 - 291
Madness: Immune
Death Blight: Immune

I like how weird they are. Gives me biblical angel vibes. A merger of holy and eldritch with a dash of uncanny valley.

Idk what other people are talking about, I loved their music in Leyendell and Haligtree. The way they gracefully spin away from you is too funny.

At the Elden Ring meeting about creatures:
>"How about a puffy rolling snowman in a turban with a human face? Also the turban blindfolds it's eyes."
<"Hmmm...I'm not sure.."
>"...and it's weapon is a trumpet that it toots"
<"...ehm...."
>"...the trumpet also blows bubbles. Rainbow bubbles."
<"OMG PERFECT!!!!"

Are the Oracle Envoys just 1° generation albinaurics who made their way into the Haligtree? The Haligtree is seen as some type of safe-haven by the albinaurics, and these weird fellas don't have any visible legs, but their skin is clearly pale like silver.

Man really should farmed these before I destroyed the capital

I hate these things so much, it’s like they are blowing a dog whistle 24/7. Can I remove the sound files so I don’t get a headache just going though the area?

It sounds like they're saxophone notes until they attack, then it's midi like trumpets. Like the harpies, they play along with the background music.

Does their armor drop or can it be located anywhere? I swear I saw a ghost of someone else wearing the hat but maybe it was just Lusat's Crown and I wasn't looking close enough.

They also drop their weapon btw. It's the Envoy Horn I think

These guys terrifies me more than the giant bugs, the uncanniness is off the charts

Is it just me, or do these guys give off serious Yoko Taro vibes?
"It is said that when Oracle Envoys appear playing their pipes, they do so to herald the arrival of a new god, or age."
Imagine being Morgott, dedicating your life to protecting the Erdtee and preserving its age, all the while listening to the doot boys just outside your chambers dooting off about how it's done for either way.
