Cuckoo Knight is a Humanoid Enemy in Elden Ring. They serve the Raya Lucaria Academy and utilize sorcery alongside their combat prowess.
Knights, named for the cuckoo feather on their helmets, who faithfully serve the Academy of Raya Lucaria, and were given free rein to wage war as they please. Like their masters, they use various sorceries for combat, but they are more skilled in melee combat.
Elden Ring Cuckoo Knight Locations
Cuckoo Knights can be found in Liurnia of the Lakes at the following locations:
- Four knights can be found northeast of the East Raya Lucaria Gate site of grace in Liurnia of the Lakes
- The mounted knight on the main path does not spawn at nighttime, due to being replaced by a Night's Cavalry
- Three mounted knights can be found guarding the checkpoint near the Grand Lift of Dectus
- One knight can be found by taking the ramp down beneath the Bellum Church
- One mounted knight can be found, patrolling the road between Northern Liurnia Lake Shore Grace and The Four Belfries Grace
- One mounted knight can be found in a camp west of The Four Belfries

- Cuckoo Knights have the typical knight moveset, but with a few additional tactics:
- A variant of the Glintblade Phalanx spell, which creates three magic glintblades overhead that automatically seek targets once in range.
- The Scholar's Armament spell, which imbues the armament with magic affinity for a while.

Cuckoo Knights, literally a mocking name of a husband who left a queen and because of this, made her seem weak so they staged a coup de'tat. Can't make this up, after being cucked Rennala is stuck in Raya Lucaria.

There are three in the camp in front of the elevator of dectus. Two on horseback with spears and one with sword and shield.

the comments on the page from smithing stones (3) claims that these knights drop those stones. anyone who can confirm?
I was fighting one of them and he used a sort of blood spell or incantation (or grease?) ; the blade of his spear turned red. I really don't understand, if anyone else had the same thing.
