Boar is a Wildlife Creature in Elden Ring. Boars are hostile wild swines even if not attacked. They are a quite reliable source of crafting resources like Lumps of Flesh or Hefty Beast Bones.
The Boars of Limgrave are less aggressive than normal, but should not be assumed to be passive

ABSORPTIONS
- Phy (Standard): -40
- Phy (Slash): -40
- Phy (Strike): -40
- Phy (Pierce): -40
The absorption numbers are the % of your damage that gets blocked. For example, if an absorption is 60, 40% of that damage by that type will go through and 60% is absorbed. Bigger number = less damage. An absorption of 100 means no damage goes through, and a resistance of -100 mean the enemy takes 2x damage from that source. 0 means damage goes pretty much as is.
RESISTANCES
Poison: 63
Scarlet Rot: 63
Hemorrhage: 63
Frostbite: 63
Sleep: 63
The resistance numbers are the buildup amount to trigger it. For example, if a resistance is 100 you must deal 100 points of whatever aux buildup to trigger it. Note that these go down over time, and increase each time the effect procs.
Elden Ring Boar Notes & Tips
- There are actually two different versions of boars in Elden Ring.

Dissapointing really that we got giant bears, but not giant boars. They would have made fun enemies.

Boars can be farmed at Siofra River Well. from the grace after the 2nd elevator, follow the left wall into an alley where one of the torches that has to be lid resides. There are many boars there and close to a grace
Above Mistwood and below Kennith there are alot of boars if you need to farm them. You can start from the Third Church of Marika grace and make your way south west and you will find them.
