It's weird that Crystal Burst is cited as evidence that Twinsage mages are among the academy's elites. After all, Crystal Burst requires only 18 Intelligence to use, whch even Demi-Human Queens, who are sneered at by the dullest and sharpest academy students alike, have acquired.

Don't know why no one has mentioned this, but this guy's crystal burst is stupidly strong. When my pure int character got this guy, my character was doing around 280 with a full hit from crystal burst. Twinsage at +2 was doing 480 a hit.

Saying this spirit ash "can be dropped by the cemetery shade in blackknife catacombs" makes it sound like it isn't a guaranteed drop, and that RNGesus is involved in whether you get it or not. Can anyone clarify? I can't see what the point of fighting this boss would be if there is no reward only runes.

Yeah, I wont be getting this spirit ash. The cemetery shade and the royal revenant c**t that guards the frozen needle rapier can both go f**k themselves, or each other as far as I care.

At max level, this guy is actually a pretty solid tank for anything that isn’t doing pure physical damage. He holds aggro like a champ if you let him, but really shines when you’re playing a melee character and keeping the boss’ back to him.

Put down Terra Magica underneath this guy and let him go to work. Does high damage at range and pulls aggro until he's squished. Not an elite summon but still very good.
