Man-Fly Ashes is a Spirit and Summon in Elden Ring. It is a brand-new Spirit in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Man-Fly Ashes summons a squad of three members, which employ diverse tactics to attack their targets. While two of them attack from the air, the third one uses poison attacks from the rear.
Ashen remains in which spirits yet dwell. Use to summon the spirits of three man-flies. Two of the man-flies attack foes from the air, while the third spits poison from the rear. Afflicted hornsent eventually metamorphosed into a fly-like form. It was believed that the moment the transformation took place, they were relieved from their suffering.

- Spirit Ashes looted from a grub corpse in Village of the Flies. Can only be accessed by going down the river from Shadow Keep and unlocking the Recluses River Downstream site of grace area. The Ashes are found on the top part of the village, guarded by two shadow casters and several man-fly enemies. [See Shadow of the Erdtree Map]

- Man-Fly Ashes are exclusive to Shadow of the Erdtree, and cannot be obtainted in the base game.
Located on an Altar in the Village of Flies. From the Recluses' River Downstream Site of Grace, head south and follow the path, keeping the cliff to your right as it turns to the west. Once in the Village of Flies, continue hugging the cliff on your right. If you are at the altar with the Revered Spirit Ash, turn around and take the left path that goes uphill. The Ashes will be to your right.

found the location. you gotta get to the ruins of Unte and head south there will be cliff faces that will lead you to a place called flyman village. its at teh back of the village with two manfly praying or something.
