Black Knight Captain Huw is a Spirit and Summon in Elden Ring. It is a brand-new Spirit in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC. Black Knight Captain Huw uses a twinblade and can cast certain Crucible magic spells.
Ashen remains in which spirits yet dwell. Use to summon the spirit of Huw, Knight-Captain of the Black Knights. The Black Knights were the primary force of Messmer's army. Second to their first Knight-Commander was Huw, a man with agile command of both twinblade techniques and the powers of the Crucible, and whose spirit in these ashes dwells. Though a champion of the divine beast hunt, he followed his father, Andreas, into rebellion against Messmer, and like his father, he too was imprisoned in an underground tomb. Messmer mourned the loss of a brother-in-arms.

- Scorpion River Catacombs: Found at the end of the L-shaped corridor with crushing spike traps. Past the first ceiling with the falling spikes, reach the Yellow Fulgurbloom and turn right, you will see x2 Messmer Soldiers and a Black Knight. Between both of you, there is another ceiling with spikes, be mindful when engaging in combat. Once those enemies are defeated, head to the coffin at the end to find the Spirit Ashes. AnonymousHuw is definitely the better of the two Black Knight summons. Andreas tends to go down very quickly despite having a greatshield, while Huw is more aggressive and his wings ironically mean that he's both better offensively and defensively as it means he's jumping out of the range of a lot of attacks.

Just found a bug with this spirit and mesmer soldier spirit that if you summon them at caelid at thr location where the radahns soldiers hunt the monster dogs. This spirit and mesmer soldier spirit will deal at minimum damage about 4-5 damage per their attacks. Vanilla spirits is deal their normal damage. Need more dlc spirits testing on vanilla map to find the bug.

He spams the crucible wings AoW. Pretty aggressive and tanky.

The Engvall to Andreas' Oleg; better offensive power but medicore defense and a tendency to Crucible Wings right off a cliff. In a straight fight with no stage hazards, however, he's pretty good.
