What is a lamprey? I assumed it was the ethereal worms that are scattered about as that's what a lamprey is, but they do not seem to drop this item. OR it's an extremely rare drop. If that's the case, then there is no point in crafting anything with it, and people are just going to cheat engine it in because farming is lame.
They drop from nailworms, can be farmed together with nailstones and fingermimic, both good to pick up in fingerruins of rhia^^
