Elden Ring Winter-Lantern Fly Notes & Tips

  • Sell Value: runes currency elden ring wiki guide 18__sellvalue__
  • A farming spot is Midra's Manse. Go to Manse Hall site of grace then go to the hallway behind the painting, and enter the room to the left. There are 6 of these shadow dudes, each one of them has a pretty big chance of dropping a winter-lantern fly. Because they drop silver horn tenders so much you can basically keep using them for extra discovery. Then just get back to the site of grace (be careful for the horned warrior in the hallway), rest and repeat. I have only 8 arcane, but combining a silver tear mask, a silver scarab and a silver horn tender I get a whopping 251 discovery. This way you can get about 70 winter-lantern flies per hour, and also a similar amount of silver horn tenders.

Okay so the best farming spot I found is Midra's Manse. Go to Manse Hall site of grace then go to the hallway behind the painting, and enter the room to the left. There are 6 of these shadow dudes, each one of them has a pretty big chance of dropping a winter-lantern fly. I have only 8 arcane, but combining a silver tear mask, a silver scarab and a silver horn tender I get a whopping 251 discovery. So been trying to collect these guys for a frenzied alchemist build and what a pain in the ass they are to find. If anyone reading this is having trouble finding them from what I can tell they only spawn in the vicinity of the wandering untouchable canyons. Thankfully they are not a finite resource so if you find one you can farm it.
