Arsenal Charm is a Talisman in Elden Ring. Arsenal Charm raises maximum Equip Load by 15/17%. Players can use talismans in Elden Ring to boost a variety of Stats. The Great-Jar's Arsenal talisman is the strongest version.
An iron charm that resembles a mass of weaponry.
Boosts maximum equipment load.
This talisman was derived from an unusual greatsword, once wielded by a hero hungry for vengeance.

Where to find Arsenal Charm (+15%):
- Given by Nepheli Loux, who's at the Roundtable Hold.
- Her initial location is inside a room near the Secluded Cell Site of Grace in Stormveil Castle. It's near the golden fog door that leads to Godrick the Grafted. When you find her, you must exhaust her dialogue so that she tells you that you can call her via a summoning sign to help you battle Godrick.
- Nepheli moves to the Roundtable Hold after defeating Godrick, and you can find her at the northeast side, inside the library. Simply speak to her and she'll give you the talisman.
Where to find Arsenal Charm +1 (+17%):
- Altus Tunnel: In the second cavern, head through the tunnel in the south to find a wooden balcony overlooking a pit. Drop down on the left side to an overgrown root below. Follow the root going upwards to reach an upper balcony above where you can loot the talisman from a corpse. [Map link]

AnonymousIf you've talked to her at Stormveil and then defeated Godrick, but she doesn't show up in the library, try talking to Gideon Ofnir and sitting at the table of lost grace. She should appear then.

She wasn't showing up at Roundtable Hold, so I went back to her original room before Godrick and she wasn't there well after I defeated Godrick. Then she appeared at Roundtable Hold.

Stacks with Great Jar talisman so you can wear the bulky armor and have the massive weapon without the huge upkeep in endurance. Can get 80 STR and 60 VIG and still wear the full Veteran's Set with the Greatsword as a Confessor(for some faith buffs on the side).

it should be noted there is no +2 of this talisman, However, there is a upgrade call "Great-jar's Arsenal" that can be found in Caelid by going thru one up on of the Elevators in Siofra River and going to the HUGE jar and fighting the 3 invaders. Idk if this has been said but this talisman IS MISSABLE
if you beat a shardbearer OTHER THAN GODRICK without meeting her, she will appear in the Roundtable Hold but will NOT give you anything
for context: I beat Radahan as my first shardbearer in a new playthrough and she gave me nothing
Nepheli definitely has more than one trigger to move to roundtable hold, she moved to roundtable hold before I completed stormveil

I've talked to her but she does not give me the talisman, what did I do wrong?

I know some people are going to let out a big sigh when reading this comment, but I feel like this is reference to Guts from Berserk. Guts is not really a hero, and wouldn't want to be called one, but he was definitely hungry for vengeance. His greatsword was definitely unusual as it was too big to be called a sword...it was more like a hunk of iron.

There is a +2 version, you get it by killing three challengers in front of the giant Pot Warrior in Dragonbarrow coliseum.

Don't worry, even if you completely miss talking to her, she will still appear after defeating Godrick. You have to exhaust the dialogue with all the other NPC's in round table hold, then teleport there again, and she'll be there.

She doesn't need to be summoned for Godrick, but you DO have to talk to her before doing the boss.

Missable content like this really doesn't belong in this game. The others you can just make a new character on and blast through on a 100% run but Elden Ring's world is far too large and non-linear with too many ways to skip clear past quests. One of the things From should have changed to adapt.

Can confirm what the other anon said!! Arsenal Cham +1 is in the Atlus Tunnel a little bit southeast of the Forest-Spanning Greatbridge! A little bit later in the game than the original but thankfully not missable :)

Arsenal charm +0 gives 15% weight
Arsenal charm +1 gives 17% weight
Erdtree's Favor +1 gives 6.3-6.5% weight (hard to nail down exactly)

to everyone who did not get the Arsenal Charm from Nepehli, I have some good news and some bad news: the good news is, you aren't completely screwed. There is an upgraded version of this charm called the Arsenal Charm +1, and you can find it somewhere in the world. The bad news is that I can't remember where I got mine from. So until someone else finds it and they're able to add the info to the wiki, you guys are just gonna have to keep exploring dungeons until it's found.
The increase is around 15% thats huge. If you like to run in heavy armor and carry 3 main weapons and 1 to 2 secondary weapons.

I found a solution for people who summoned her and she didnt spawn at the roundtable. She will only spawn after you interact with everyone and everything at the roundtable. So you have to exhaust every dialog at the round table. For me it was those big two fingers. I didn't touch them and the library wasn't open for me. Once you will do everything there teleport out, rest for one day (pass time) and then teleport back and she should be there. This works only for people who used her as companion in the boss fight and then she didnt spawn at the round table.

the Arsenal Charm +1 can be found south of the Minor Erdtree in the Altus Plateau in the ravine. The cave it is located in is called the 'Altus Tunnel' and it's found on a dead body in a giant cavern when you climb up a tree root to it.

There is an Arsenal Charm +1 in the Altus Tunnel cave area. Specifically in the room where the giant buglike creature keeps bombarding you with projectiles.

The +1 arsenal charm is found in the Altus tunnel, when you enter the first room with miners it is down a tunnel on the left. You will see a large tree run up it and you will find the charm

So unknowingly, I beat godrick before even knowing she existed, and finding them back at the roundtable, with first introductions basically, you talk to her for a bit, and than later on they just leave. Is it even possible to get this if you didn't have her help with the fight?

I KILLED GODRICK, TALKED TO HER BEFORE, SUMMONED HER FOR THE BATTLE - AND SHE IS NOT AT THE ROUND TABLE!!! SHE JUST DISSAPEARED! PLEASE HELP ME WHAT TO DO - SHE IS NOWHERE TO FIND!
