Curious if headshots activate this. I doubt it considering the dagger talisman but might be worth checking.

It gives 20% buff for 20 sec (±1 sec actually remains IN THE CRIT HIT animation)

People are misunderstanding the gem of a talisman this is. It’s not meant to constantly give you damage buffs, it is meant to carry you through boss fights where you can parry or backstab. The first dlc boss the knight in the mausoleum will get absolutely melted when you have this buff up.

I tested the talisman and I don't believe it boosts the damage of subsequent critical hits. Repeatedly dealt 3188 damage with ripostes both before and after the effect was active.

>Literal same name,
>the "hinterlands",
>an order of crow hunters (Raptor assassins)
>formless outer blood god that craves wounds
>Same ring used to (try to) marry questionably-moral princesses
>madness status by the frenzy
'They're just references' Sure, buddy, sure.

Buff is 20%, and only happens once, not "after each critical hit". Literally first item I got in the dlc and the description is already misleading lol
Sword went from 848 to 1017 (+19.929% increase) after a backstab, and did not change after multiple more.

Running this with dagger and RKR on giant crusher is ripping through the DLC bosses

I did a test, the buff stays for about 20sec. It raised my attack damage from 554 to 665 one handed. 575 to 690 two handed katana.

Results of testing so far: gives a 20% boost to attack power of all your weapons after you land a backstab or riposte. The description of the effect is misleading: the effect does NOT stack. Seems to last for around 20-30 seconds.

How long does the raised attack power last for? until you sit at the next site of grace? How much does it buff you attack power by?
