Further testing: It DOES buff Stormwing Bone Arrows
Archers get some love with that

Can confirm that it does NOT buff Death Lightning incantation (despite the description using the word storm) and it does NOT buff Vacuum Slice Ash of War NOR does it buff Hoarfrost Stomp (which was a stretch to think it would but better safe than sorry)

Does this work with the first part of the Greatsword of solitude skill? (The light wave)

Wonder if it works with vacuum slice. Probably not because it doesn't have storm in the name.

I’m literally about to delete this game because of this boss

This is actually ****ing useless. Just use alexanders shard and your other talismans are defense /utility oriented

I did some testing and the talisman gives you a 10% increase in damage to ashes of war like Storm blade, I believe the only requiremnt to benefit from the talisman is by having "Storm in it's name". This DOES stack with Shard of Alexander. It should be noted the Helmet that Divine Beast gives you also increase damage of the same ashes of war by around 4.5%.

tried this on dragon king cragblade L2 (thundercloud form sounds stormy) and it did not affect it

Pair this with the Horn Calling: Storm Ash of War and the Horned Warriors Greatsword to have some fun!

I also did a little testing with the ashes of war and can confirm that it buffs everything with "Storm" in the name, including Zamor Ice storm, by roughly 10%

You thought storm cheesers were bad in PvP? Bout to get worse lol

The head (which also uses the "storm" terminology) increases the damage of zamor ice storm by 10%, so this is probably similar.

Tested this with storm ash of war skills. Unranked milady on storm stomp went from 11 damage to 14 damage. Did it with the storm blade ash of war and went from 133 to 146. Rough 9% - 20% increase. Do with this info as you will.

Just confirmed through a little testing that it does in fact buff storm ashes of war, i used storm blade on a dagger and without the talisman it hit for 988, with talisman it hit 1087. I didnt test any of the other storm ashes but it seems like a safe bet that it buffs those as well.

I wonder what the "Tower Festival" is. Also are the "Divine Beasts" like Elden beast and are we getting more creatures like him?

+10% compared to +15% from the shard of Alexander, but this can be acquired earlier if you want to do the beginning of the DLC before the base endgame for your storm skills. Obviously they'll stack later on.
